If you have important work in kottayam i would suggest you can stay in this hotel for a day. Railway station is near to hotel. They provide you food from near hotel. Ac was working. Sheets were not clean.

Hotel a**osphere, cleaning are good, but not satisfied about services and no hot water available for bath, informed to room service, they didn't take care.

The hotel is very near to the bus stand and the railway station. The location is good, near to mc road. Decent restaurants around and you can deliver food to the hotel as well. Neat place, budget friendly and ideal for brief stays.
