Unhygienic bathroom and dirty bed. Not even a wastebin kept in the room.

I m really sad and anger of this behavior of 'bennis hotel. Mainly the hotel staff are too bad and the behavior was not good. They not allow to stay me there and money was not return to give me. This is too much. I request u, no one can books this hotel

i booked non-AC room. In ammendments they show free wifi and TV. There was a old TV without connection. I got fourt floor. wifi is not connecting in fourth floor.

Room and washroom are not very clean. On my way back, i left one of my gadgets there. As soon as i realised that, i called them and asked to check that room, but they said that there is no such thing there.
