I’m extremely satisfied with your service. Water closet needs to be replaced and in break fast some items like waffle quantity should be reduced. Because of food waste . We have enjoyed playing areas it can increase some game also.prayixa in restaurants Tapan and Bankim are in support staff thank you everyone for wonderful memories

Very good. Ginita staff good work. Boufee morning should be included for pool view rooms .more items to be given in morning buffe. Outside balcony. A fan should be kept in balcony .and housekeeping should be done next day of check in atleast by 10 am

The experience was so good.Our A/C wasn't working.Sandeep Kumar and Sanjay Bar*** helped us to get back our A/C working.We had a very nice stay.The room service was superb.The pool experience was so good.overall everything was good thank you

Hotel is good and staff also housekeeping service specially good service and supervisor Mr Sandeep Kumar and cleaning 🧹 guy ginitha and lukhi Ram well cleaned food also good but pull *** not allowed to use pool we are not happy everything is good

Room cleaning was superb done by Sanjay Bar*** All service done by hotel was excellent Swimming Pool was maintained nice and clean Beach is very near to the hotel Morning breakfast was very good they had ***y variety of items In night hotel had very good lighting

Property and its staff is just amazing. Everything abt them is flawless. Tapas ber*** and Bheema both from Room service have been very supportive and helpful they ensured we get everything needed that too timely. I would definitely recommend this property as it has a beach right behind it.

Stayed 2 nights with family & friends a few days back (4 rooms for 2 nights). That was an amazing experience we had. Although the hotel was full on 1st night but couldn't find any rush anywhere. 3 private pools were good enough to meet guest prerequisites. Although it's beach property and there is access to the sea, unfortunately, we couldn't as it was high tide warning time. Restaurant food for Breakfast & Dinner was incredibly tremendous with boundless multicuisine dishes and live stations. The live music gave a boost during dinner. Room service was also considerably fast and prompt. Mr. Prasanth is an asset to the F&B team to head and make guests happy. Ms. Pratheeksha & Mr. Nijin are noticed for their service qualities. The complimentary Cake they offered for me to celebrate my B/D was an unforgettable experience. Couldn't try the Wellness/Spa and permitted outlets.  Housekeeping did a great job during their service but quality of linen can be gotten to the next level. Although the FO team, Mr. Arjun, in particular, was good, smiley, and attentive but still some fine-tuning is required within FO and HK coordination. The pharmacy/ Doctor-on-call was not effective or the pharmacist and Doctor didn't know what they had to do upon an emergency call from a hotel guest. But both are nearby and reachable by Autorikshas. However, beware of the Taxi and Auto parked outside. They won't allow outside cars to pick you up from the Hotel and charge you more than double of normal fare. (Charged Rs.150/- to go to the nearest Pharmacy which is just 1.5 km away). The Hotel Travel desk can be approached and available 24/7. We were lucky to witness the traditional style of fishing, with 80+ fishermen jointly working hard for their bread. In short, a highly recommended place for staycation.

No air cooling facilities in any of the restaurants They dont really care about the tourists, they are busy catering to business groups
