Right on the beach a great position but sadly tired & worn. Had to request cleaning as it didn’t happen unless I did. Could do with a good clean & a good luck of paint. Staff pleasant enough but not very forthcoming coming spent too much time on their phones

The location is very good, facing the beach, surrounded by shops and restaurants.
The staff very friendly and helpful.
The wall behind the bed is very dirty, no toilet paper but no shower either. Sheets full of stains.
For 18€ don't expect a palace either.

I booked the delux room with large bed from agoda for 3 people. After reaching the hotel, they didnot provide a better room. The AC was making irritating sound the whole night. There was a leakage at the ceiling from where water was dropping. No water in the bathroom. If guest complain then they put the water motor. They gave a extra mattress. When I asked them to arrange the mattress the hotel helping hand said that you arrange your bed yourself as I have other important work to finish. The behavior of the staff is really bad. It's better to come directly to kovalam snd book a hotel on the fly as there are many hotels around but not registered in any online app.

Awesome experience at hotel sea view place, Very good hotel at affordable price, super clean and super safe hotel recommend for couples. Nice view from balcony and food is superb. There is a restaurant just downstairs and the food is super delicious

We arrived to the hotel at 6am and the manager Akhil let us have a beautiful room until ours was ready. So we were able to rest so very comfortably.
The room we booked was so clean and organized, and the location is so perfect, right on the beach.
The breakfast was also great!
Thank you Akhil for your kindness… we will be back after our Ayurvedic treatments!

I stayed at SVP in February 2023 - first for 4 nights before I went travelling round Kerala and then for another 4 nights on my return. Thay were kind enough to look after my big suitcase while I was away. The location of the hotel is perfect and it offers excellent value for money. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for budget accomodation in Kovalam.

It was such an amazing experience. Especially the view is very beautiful with sea view and light house view. Good place to spend some time with family and friends. The service and management team was very committed , friendly and helpful. This is worth the money that we paying.
