The hotel is a charming cosy property. Nice room, good breakfast spread. And if you like to have a beer, the best ****** in Kraków is downstairs. My only beef is that they describe themselves as a five star hotel. Most definitely not five star. But a nice hotel all the same.

I'm not sure what the standard for 5 stars is, but it feels like I'm sleeping at my grandmother's house in some rural part of Poland. The location is about 6 kilometers from the old town, and the breakfast is cute and delicious. It's definitely a different experience from the modern ones you usually stay at, so I recommend this place at least once.

Thorough cleaning of the rooms, comfortable bed, large bathroom, varied and good buffet breakfast, location in a quiet area, city center easily reachable by public transport, friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality/price ratio

Very beautiful and cosi hotel!!very polite personal.the rooms are clean.. very comfortable bad.Nice that they accepting the dogs.Fantastic breakfast (we had the breakfast at 11.a.m.and they left for us specially food)we stayed there just one night but for sure will come back there for longer time to visit Krakow.

The hotel is located so far from the center that you always have to take a taxi to get somewhere. The hotel's design, quality and amenities stopped a dozen or so years ago. The stars are too high, it's a shame to pretend something that isn't there.
