Ibis Styles Krakow Centrum ★★★
"Ofte tomt for kaffe i resepsjonen, hva med en kaffeautomat istenfor traktekaffe…?"
Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport ★★★★
"well located, very convenient for connecting flight"
Hyatt Place Krakow ★★★★
"Clean Business hotel"
Express Kraków Hotel ★★★★
"Hotel is stated as 4, its not even 3 stars so far. Old towels, combined beds, while I booked king size. Low recommended"
Hostel Deco ★★
"Was it good?"
Pollera ★★★
"Beautiful, slightly art nouveau style hotel in a great central location, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, but have a really great breakfast too with loads of options. Room was lovely, comfortable bed, good shower, really clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, would definitely return!"
Tribe Krakow Old Town ★★★★
"The environment is clean, and it's very close to the station. It's also convenient to walk to the Old Town, and there are many shops nearby. If you're traveling by train, I think this hotel is a perfect fit."
Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments, Kraków ★★★★
"The room was spacious, exceeding my expectations. Overall, it was a good choice. Being in a new location, it's about 2km from the hotel, which is convenient. If you're planning to explore, staying in the old town might be better, as you won't have to walk far."
Xerion Hotel ★★★★
"It's a little far from the old town, but good s to visit other places in Krakow, the Oscar Schindler Memorial, the kazimerz Jewish Quarter, the Viswa River, etc. The hotel facilities are great, but the wifi is often cut off. I'm not sure if it's a temporary phenomenon."

Holiday Inn KRAKOW CITY CENTRE by IHG
"Breakfast was good"
H15 Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Krakow
"10/10 what a fantastic hotel! Would definitely recommend! The room was spotless, the spa is amazing. We were offered a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and water when we left. We've stayed in 20+ places in Krakow and this was the best."
Grand Hotel
"Central location. Excellent service. Nice breakfast"
Hotel Dwór Kościuszko
"I'm not sure what the standard for 5 stars is, but it feels like I'm sleeping at my grandmother's house in some rural part of Poland. The location is about 6 kilometers from the old town, and the breakfast is cute and delicious. It's definitely a different experience from the modern ones you usually stay at, so I recommend this place at least once."
Premier Kraków Hotel
"We didn't have high expectations, but 4 stars should mean something. It started off nice, the service friendly. Then it started to fall apart. First the room was cold, so we turned on the air conditioning to heat (because there are no radiators in the rooms), after an hour the temperature didn't change, only the fan was running loudly and you could smell the dry air. In the meantime we asked at the reception for bathrobes for the pool and extra pillows, they were supposed to be brought to the room within 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we went to the reception and only then the receptionist had to bring bathrobes herself. We also informed them that the heating probably didn't work, we were moved to another room straight away, so at least that's a plus. The pool was very poor, quite cold (both water and air), probably that's why there were crowds in the sauna. The whole floor was covered in splashed water, the lifeguard was sitting and probably waiting for someone to slip... The loungers were tragically uncomfortable, after 15 minutes my butt was numb. Overall, the recreation area was done upside down just to get that extra star. The walls and doors in the hotel have no soundproofing whatsoever. Until midnight, we listened to children running and screaming in the corridor, and in the morning we were woken up by the same sounds. Breakfast buffet. For 60 PLN, it's veeeery poor. Overall, the hotel "restaurant" is more like a canteen, with only 8-10 person tables. Loud and crowded. Small selection of food, its appearance not very appetizing, questionable quality. I do not recommend. The hotel is one of those that you can only get by if you come here just to sleep. I have no complaints about the cleanliness, only the decor is already reeking of communism."
Novotel Krakow Centrum
"There is road construction near this place, so it's a bit noisy"
Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco
"Their behaviour -especially the manager - is completely out of line and rude towards the emergency matters and scam $374 their customers If you ask something, they won’t help but repeat few sentences like a robot; We had to leave the country due to the health emergency and kindly asked for 2 unused nights refund - Their policy is dictating that neither refundable nor non refundable bookings are allowing the refund after checking except the administration provides a solution - TOMASZ aka Manager, he behaves like he hears nothing, telling the situation didn’t matter. Insistently shouting that it’s NON REFUNDABLE, so even your family dead, they will say goodbye without any words."
Stradom House, Autograph Collection
"Stradom House was one of the nicest hotels either of us had ever stayed in, and excellent value. The twin room was spacious and comfortable (although it's always disappointing not to be able to open a window). The pool/ sauna/ steam/ relaxation area is wonderful. Breakfast is excellent and extensive, although the cooking for the menu items was a bit hit and miss. Buzzy bar that seems popular with locals as well as tourists. Really helpful concierge desk. Highly recommended."
Ventus Rosa Boutique Aparthotel
"This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in in recent years. It's an old building, but it's been renovated in recent years in a classic, exquisite style. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities. The hotel is close to the heart of the old town, yet incredibly quiet. There's no hustle and bustle, just the smile of the front desk lady every time I pass by."
Booking Hotel Crown Piast & Spa
"I stayed at the Booking Hotel Crown Piast & Spa in Krakow and was very pleased. A quiet green area, a large well‑kept territory and a pleasant atmosphere make it an ideal place to relax after walking around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and everything I needed. The staff were polite and responsive, always ready to help and give advice. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of dishes. I can confidently recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again myself."
Puro Kraków Kazimierz
"An unforgettable stay in the heart of Krakow! Our stay at the Puro Hotel Kazimierz in Krakow was absolutely outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and attentive lady at reception who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we immediately received helpful tips for our stay in the city. Our room was a true oasis of peace and comfort. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a modern design that perfectly complemented Krakow's historic charm. The exceptionally comfortable bed deserves special mention, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep after long days of exploring the city. The only slight drawback was that the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking, but we were able to request firmer ones in two different sizes at reception – these arrived in our room just five minutes later. The amenities, such as the flat-screen TV and the well-equipped bathroom, left nothing to be desired. In addition, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water were available in the hotel lobby at any time of day or night. Of course, there was also water in the room. The quiet in the room, despite the central location, was remarkable. The breakfast buffet was an absolute highlight every morning. The selection was impressively varied and fresh, ranging from a wide variety of breads and pastries to fresh fruit, yogurt, and muesli, as well as hot dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Savory cold dishes such as sausage and cheese, as well as the very tasty Belgian waffles, were also available. Local specialties were also offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service in the breakfast area was also impeccable; tables were cleared quickly, and supplies were always readily available. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. We could easily reach Krakow's main sights, such as the Main Market Square, St. Mary's Basilica, and Wawel Castle, on foot. The charming Jewish quarter of Kazimierz was also just a short walk away. The proximity to public transportation was another plus, even though we hardly needed it. The entire staff, from reception to restaurant service to housekeeping, deserves the highest praise. They were consistently helpful, professional, and always there with a smile. Every request was promptly fulfilled, and it was clear that great importance was placed on the well-being of the guests. The room service was also commendable. The food was fantastic and prepared quickly; the burger, in particular, was delicious. Overall, the Puro Hotel Kazimierz made our stay in Krakow an unforgettable experience. We felt completely at ease and can highly recommend this hotel to any traveler who appreciates a combination of comfort, excellent service, and a perfect location. We will definitely be back!"
AC Hotel Krakow
"Everything here is perfect, the hotel is extremely quiet."
Novotel Krakow City West
"This one is pretty good, a stark contrast to the last guesthouse that scared me half to death."
Metropolo Krakow by Golden Tulip
"Exceeded my expectations! Super convenient location, right next to a tram stop. The hotel environment is also very good and quiet. Housekeeping daily. There's a kettle and tea bags in the room, which is great for anyone who likes hot water or making tea. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."
Zakrzowek Residence
"The worst hotel we have ever been to. It was so bad we left after only 2 hours! This is no way a 4 star hotel, at best it’s 1 star. The hotel is dated, dirty and unwelcoming. The hotel location is dyer, nothing in the vicinity at all, no bars or restaurants. Cannot comment on food as didn’t stay long enough to try. Avoid this hotel if at all possible."
Qubus Hotel Kraków
"Location is average and hotel is clean and comfortable. Surrounding is good for a run or walk as its just by a river."
