Maly Krakow Aparthotel

Brilliant place to stay. Cant say enough about this place. Warm, friendly, with cool water on tap in the hall. Nice bakery across the street, walking distance to everyone and the station. Staff are outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel pleasantly surprised us with the convenience of the room. We needed a short rest, we got it with coffee and tea in the room. We are very grateful to the staff for checking us in earlier than the specified time! The room has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a shower The location is also very convenient - very close to the railway station, the old town and shops.

Really lovely staff at reception. The room was small, but clean and nice bathroom. Overall the location was an excellent base for exploring the city. However we were put in room 1 which means your bed is feet away from the door where people are trying to get in to the building after a night out. Some guests were total a##holes. Even smashing glass outside before they went in. Impossible to sleep That’s all before the church bells next door start ringing at 6am. I’d stay there again but definitely not in room 1

nice and clean, close to everything. such as the mall and the rynek. very nice location for those who want to check in here. I will recommend this hotel for couples or families, it's okay for me. I always check in here every time I go to krakow.

Excellent location and staff brilliant, very quiet due to size of hotel. Very secure due to code needed for front door and gate locked at 2200 but reception across road manned 24 hours a day .walking distance to restaurants and bars and railway station plus trams and buses, good value for money

It would be sacrilege to call it a hotel because it has nothing to do with a hotel.it is a terrible accommodation that has only one positive that it is located in front of a shopping center. I've been three days without them once cleaning what they call a room that I would liken to a mouse hole. for three days I have the same towel the whole floor is very dirty because there is a lot of snow outside and it has filled with mud in the room And yet no one has cared to clean it. It is the worst hotel shame I have stayed in my life. the breakfast they throw in a bag outsidefrom the door it consists of bread and bread and at the end bread but the charge they make is 70 euros a day. It is unacceptable that they charge so much for something so awful and dirty. with the friendly couple staying in the next room we complained that the bed was broken and if possiblesomeone from maintenance to fix it.guess what was the answer?? to put the mattress down and sleep!!!! in which country do they give such a stupid answer??? the next day the bed was not fixed and we asked another employee if there is a room to change. the employee kindly gave us another room but it seems that he received a very big remark from his manager because they sent us a message on the mobile phone to go back to the room we had from the beginning..conclusion.. it's an awful hotel to take very seriously and if you have any other choice to go for it because you know for sure that you will cry for the money they will take from you.. It's not worth it.. The worst... I hope someone who is held responsible reads this message and is ashamed

Although the Maly Krakow Aparthotel is in a good location there were a few things that would put me off another stay. There is no reception at the Hotel. A sign directs you across the street to another Hotel called Red Bricks. You need to check in here and order your breakfast that is delivered to your room each day , breakfast ok but there were no table or chairs in the room to sit for your breakfast! Gates to the Hotel are locked at 10pm, probably to keep out the drunks and homeless there that seem to congregate around the area in the evening. Not what we expected as the picture showed a different room. For reference we stayed in room 6, maybe other rooms are different. Staff were very helpful but seems to be students rather than hotel trained staff.

Excellent location. Comfy rooms and quiet. Would recommend. My 15yo son and I were here. Great Wi-Fi! Just remember to go to the red brick apartments opposite to collect your key and information. We turned up after 10pm and we’re met with locked gates. We finally sussed it out and plain sailing thereafter. 10am checkout. Shops so close by, bakery opposite.
