We arrived several hours to be told that they had upgraded us to a deluxe room and that itbwas ready. Result! The initial appearance of the hotel is gra d and spotlessly clean. We walked up the decorative stairs to the first floor to our room, 108. This was on the front of the hotel facing the large shopping centre. The room was large with all the amenities you'd expect. Tea/coffee facilities, bottles of water, a fridge, and a safe. The whole room felt airy due to the high decorative ceiling. The shower room had underfloor heating with a lovely, roomy shower cubicle. We had breakfast 2 out of the 3 days we were there. It was basic, and we used more for convenience than anything else. The bar area is ok. The only slight criticism I would say is that the place lacked atmosphere. Breakfast time piped music was played even if one of the songs was the first noel, odd considering we were at the end of March! All staff were polite and courteous. We will definitely be returning to Krakow and, therefore, will definitely return to this hotel.
