We have just returned from 3 nights at the hotel and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was a great experience. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The room was massive, clean and uniquely furbished with so much space and everything you would want or need. Our room was at the top of the building and the ceiling was all glass which may cause a problem in the summer but was not an issue for us at the end of March. The breakfast was very nice and tasty with a good selection and excellent service. Location wise the hotel could not be placed any better, right in the heart of the old town and on the main square. A perfect place to stay for a city break and I would highly recommend it.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, although the choice was not too much, but the quality was high. I stayed here 6 years ago and returned with 5 friends as it is so well located and we were so well looked after by the staff previously. This hotel is 80 metres from the main square, local Polish restaurants in the same street were delicious and such fantastic value if it’s too chilly at markets to eat outside. The hotel is older in style, we loved its grandeur. It is immaculately clean with a wide choice of food for breakfast. What has made this hotel so fantastic is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They arranged taxis, luggage, always checking we had all we needed. We celebrated one lady’s birthday requesting from the restaurant manager a reserved table for 6 of us at a busy breakfast time. She truly surpassed expectations. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, they played happy birthday and our friend was thrilled. Andreja one of the doormen is a sweetheart. He gave us a tour of the old ballroom, lighting up the gorgeous glass ceiling for us to see, did lots of photos by the Christmas tree of us all and treated us like royalty, helping with bags, getting coats on. A pleasant spa zone, a large swimming pool with attractions, e.g. counter-current, waterfall. There is a jacuzzi for several people. Unfortunately only 6 sunbeds and a sauna with a glass door in view. Delicious breakfast, a large selection of dishes from the a la carte and in the buffet (there is even sushi). It's worth coming for the breakfast alone. The air conditioning in the room resets to 22 degrees every time you leave, it's a bit too cold.

There is a music school in the hotel, and there are always students from the college who are practicing the piano and passing out beautiful music. I don’t know if the air conditioner in the room is broken, not too cool, the house is quite tidal, the other is ok, there is breakfast, but the variety can not eat much.

Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

The whole thing is not bad. The balcony faces the park. The old aunt at the service desk below is a shift, and she doesn't speak English well. When CHECKIN came across a very nice one, she ran into one with no smile on her face when she left. But the personality issue is not tangled. The overall price/performance ratio is good.

Recent visit. It is as advertised right in the main square. Collected by taxi which we booked before hand, we literally had a 30 second walk from our parking spot. The staff are very friendly. Our room was on floor 3 which was accessible by lift. The room was very clean, nice bathroom although small, the shower once figured out was good. There was a bath in the main room, a sofa, a comfortable double bed, tv, safe and fantastic sound proofing. I thought we were bound to hear the hum of people from the square but we couldn't. We didn't have a view but this didn't bother us. There was a mini bar with pop and water bottles which were replaced when the room was cleaned The breakfast in the morning was plentiful, help yourself, full choice including cooked items, fried eggs, omelette, scrambled eggs, white sausage. I tried all of these over our 4 day stay. All very nice. Go out the main door and there are three restaurants linked to the hotel. We used all of these whether to eat or just have a quick drink. We tried potato pancakes and ghoulish, zurek soup , which we're used to as we have a Polish daughter in law. The square is big, loads of restaurants to eat and drink at and we could nip in and out of our room to drop stuff off. It's the ideal location, I would record definitely use again if we return.
