I was disappointed that Radisson Blu has over billed me, are not worth the money paid for the service provided, lacked in customer service skills and were opportunistic to draw money out at every turn. Best to avoid

We stayed 3 nights and had a brilliant stay! The location is perfect! 5 mins walk from the main square next to a quiet park. The lobby and rooms are modern and immaculate. We really appreciated our room upgrade thank you! Breakfast has loads of options and a separate Radisson rewards area with a La carte menu and processco which is a great touch, more Radissons should do this. Breakfast service is very relaxed, maybe a bit too slow so watch out for this. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

This is an excellent location for exploring the city. Lovely 5 minute walk to the old town. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded and had lots of lovely extras. Comfortable bed and room very clean. The breakfast choices were very good, it did take a while to get our ordered breakfast (which we did have to chase a few times) but on the whole all very good quality.

Highly recommend this hotel. The location is just off the main square, taking only 5 minutes to get into the main tourist area of Krakow. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, not to mention the bar at this hotel which is fairly priced and has a reasonable amount of choice whilst offering a cosy setting with the sofas and fake fire. The gym here is very good, with numerous weights and other machines using the space well and there are two saunas here which are lovely to decompress after a work out. Comfortable beds, large living space and an ample bathroom makes the rooms here some of the very best for the price you pay. I would recommend including breakfast as this is very enjoyable and value for money. I have stayed here twice and both times I have not been disappointed with the experience. The staff are so helpful and can be relied on to contact taxi service to take you back to the airport or to explore further afield.

We stayed here between 19th and 22nd May. Though we were given a room no the first floor road facing side and were exposed to noise from traffic, what I would like to commend is the otherwise generally helpful approach of the front desk and in particular the kitchen staff - who very willingly acceded to our request and specially prepared vegetarian items for our breakfast and at our request in fact packed and made the same available to us - since we were leaving early and could not consume it at that early hour. Even thereafter when my wife had left sometime in the reception area, and we reached out to the hotel on the way to the airport, the front desk team made honest attempts to help us. We would remember this hotel warmly in our memories.

Super Hotel, mit ausgezeichneter Lage in Krakau. Service, Sauberkeit, Frühstück einfach sehr gut. Würde wieder das Hotel buchen wenn ich in Krakau bin.
