An amazing stay as always can't beat this place for the price. Breakfast isn't the best but your 10 minutes from the main square. No better place to stay.

Perfect , clean rooms , I liked everything except room temperature, it was cold a bit.

The hotel is literally 3 min away from the city center and 3-5 min away from bus and tram stops that will take you anywhere else in the city. Clean, good service, tasty breakfast.

The hotel had the perfect location for our exploring in Krakow. It was close by to many sights and good restaurants in Old Town and was a 15 minute walk at the farthest point. We drove here and they reserved a parking spot for us after we checked in and paid ahead during our stay. The cost was 70 PLN a night for the parking. The hotel offered a good base for the sights to see outside of Krakow because it is pretty centrally located. The rooms were decent and very clean and quiet. We got a good price but it seems to fluctuate substantially so I would keep this in mind when booking because this is more of a budget hotel. The showers are small and they only had shampoo in the shower. The body wash is located in a wall mount by the sink. There is a restaurant, bar, gift shop and breakfast spots in the hotel. There is also a decent pierogie restaurant and a convenience store attached to the hotel amongst a few other options which made it very convenient to get a quick bite or snack. The hotel plays host to a lot of tour groups it seems so check in before 3 pm worked for us when we stayed.

When we were checking in, they gave us wrong rooms, and when we were asked to fix it, they said that it's my fault because I was making a reservation on Trip.com, not at they website. They gave us one small room and second big and when we were asked where there thees rooms what's I was reservation making in pictures they was saying that thees is just a nice photo. In the room almost all the time is cold water in the shower, and WiFi is also very slow even at night. With baby's you need to be ready that in room you can't make a food because there is not possible make a warm water and you will need go to bar who is in another end of hotel. And if you want a changed euros to zloty you need to be ready that they will change 1 euro 4 zloty and nobody will warning you about that.

Hotel was similar to a hostel, wouldn’t recommend if you are solo travelling. No air conditioning and the rooms heat up quickly and with the window open there’s quite a bit of noise so hard to sleep.

Totally recommend to stay here, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the price - for a room in the city center - is on the low side. 5 min walk to the main square, local tours and trips advertised everywhere, and the super convenient Zabka 30 seconds away from the main door. The staff is incredibly nice and professional. My train was way past the 10 am check out time, but there was absolutely no issue with leaving my bag at the lobby area, where it is well looked after. I will definitely be back!

Stunning hotel with excellent rooms and super nice staff who are very helpful and accommodating. Location could not be better, right by the old town of Krakow and great food options nearby. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Ideal location for tourist. Good service and people. I will be back for sure when i am in Krakow.
