Das Ascot Premium Hotel in Krakau bietet eine ideale Lage, nur 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Altstadt entfernt. Die moderne Renovierung verleiht dem Hotel eine frische Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist beeindruckend, jedoch befindet sich das Restaurant im Untergeschoss ohne Tageslicht, was durch eine gelungene Gestaltung ausgeglichen wird. Unser Zimmer im ersten Stockwerk wich etwas von den offiziellen Fotos ab - es war winzig und ohne Polstersessel, aber insgesamt zufriedenstellend.

Clean Hotel not sure it should be rated 4 stars however. Its walking distance to the main square and Wielepole / 18 Pawia kiss and ride for guided tours which was a plus. The downside is that the hotel is right beside a main railway track so can be a little noisy early hours in the morning. Breakfast is plentiful but could be much hotter. Room was ok but bit on small side and heating is turned off in the evening. My other gripe was that the bed sheets were not changed during our 4 night stay ( despite leaving sign to clean the room) and there were no fresh towels left. Be ok for one or two nights..

Fab hotel, very modern & comfortable. Reception staff really accommodating and welcoming. Comfy & warm rooms, great breakfast and lovely little bar with reasonable prices. 5 minutes walk to the square so central location. Would highly recommend & stay here again.

Lamento tener que dar una pésima opinión del hotel y se debe a que parte de las habitaciones dan a 4 vías de tren, el ruido es insoportable, imposible dormir. La ubicación es buena, está limpio y el personal es muy amable, hemos solicitado un cambio de habitación por el ruido, nos han pasado de la segunda a la quinta planta, los trenes se siguen escuchando, además hay un ruido constante en la habitación del sistema de climatización del edificio, ya que la última planta del mismo. He de decir que el personal de recepción es muy amable, han tratado de buscar solución pero desafortunadamente no es buena solución. He pedido hablar con el director y no está en el hotel, no podremos tratar nuestro problema con él hasta el lunes. No podemos recomendar este hotel bajo ningún concepto a pesar de los aspectos positivos del personal. Es un hotel donde no puedes dormir.

Went to Poland for a 4 day stay. This hotel was recommended by our travel agent who had actually stayed there with her mum. It's a lovely hotel, must say it smelt really nice lol. Room was comfortable. We had B & B and the breakfast was really nice choice of hot and cold food. Would highly recommend, it's central for everything, all within easy walking distance.

Amazing stay!! Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. Quick, easy check in with friendly staff. The room was a good size, modern, nice lighting, nice, modern bathroom. It was a perfect location, only a 9-10 minute walk into the centre of Krakow, the square and a 7 minute walk to the big Galeria Krakowska shopping centre and the train station (Krakow Glowny) the breakfast was nice, however there wasn’t a huge selection, very nice breakfast room!! My only criticism is that the ‘double’ bed is 2 single beds pushed together, so they kept coming apart, but apart from that our stay was perfect!!! It was super quiet at night, didn’t hear anyone at all and the walls seemed solid. The cleaner did an amazing job of cleaning the rooms. Overall a perfect stay! We used the ‘Bolt’ app for taxis to and from the airport.

Hôtel excellent, propre.calme.grande chambre, ainsi que la salle de bain.petit déjeuner excellent beaucoup de choix aussi bien salé que sucrée. Personnel agréable et serviable. Il est super bien placé , tout proche de la vieille ville, et restaurants, ainsi que d'autres sites, et moyens de transport de partout, tram, et train.

Great experience staying at this hotel . Friendly staff were happy to arrange any trips from outside the hotel too. Good location easily reached from the main rail station (walking distance) . Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend
