I made a reservation for a 2-day, 1-night stay on Friday and Saturday, the busiest day of the peak season. The location was really good and it was nice that there was a private parking lot near the accommodation within walking distance to Dobbo.
What was particularly nice about the interior of the hotel? There's nothing I want to do, but there's nothing to blame. It seems like a perfect hotel for a comfortable night's sleep.

Excellent location (very close to the main tourist attractions) but .........Despite having communicated our. I arrived at 1.30 am, we had difficulty gaining access. Only after knocking insistently on the door leading to the corridor leading to reception did an employee come to open the door. The hotel does not have a lift and therefore it is quite tiring to climb the stairs with your luggage to enter the room. also due to the presence of a door leading to the stairs, then to the corridor leading to two rooms on the first floor. We found enough food but no cutlery. It is not true that the reception is open 24 hours a day. For the entire afternoon and night of 30-4 no one was present. The hotel is in a very old building and does not have any lifts. My room was on the third floor at the back of the building. Room was huge and the bathroom was big as well. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast is continental and quite filling. Hotel is at the top of Florianska street and is a few minutes walk to the main square. There are plenty of restaraunts to eat at. If you just want to sit and have a drink without eating that's fine. Due to the fact that the hotel is in a trffic free area if you are going on a trip just ask the helpful and friendly staff to arrange a taxi for you and they will do this. I can recommend this hotel but beware if you require assitance.

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend and the location is perfect. It takes just a few minutes to get to Krakow's market square. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are several restaurants and bars right outside the hotel. The room, 205, was well furnished. The bathroom looked relatively new and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient for the small hotel and the staff was extremely friendly. Thank you for the great stay!

The property was very rundown and in need of major renovations. Wooden floors creaked so loud that it sounded like we were crushing egg shells. Rooms were cleaned everyday, but not too well.
Staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Location was fantastic. However, with so many hotels in the area at similar prices I will be choosing a different place next time.

Perfect location on the old Royal road in Old Town. You can walk easily to all the sights. Although our room wasn’t completely clean when we entered, the front desk apologized and offered to give us a different room. The bed was comfortable and the room had a/c, a blessing in the hot weather. The breakfast was adequate but not extensive: eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt and cereal. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and historic property, convenient to everything. Excellent breakfast and wonderful staff. Noisy at night as there are a lot of late night people who like to drink and party.
