Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow.
Easy to walk everywhere
The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early.
The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water.
Very good quality as well.
Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

The hotel is very conveniently situated in the old town within walking distance to major attractions. It is really old-style with high ceilings, wide staircases and lots of gold and well-polished brass. The crew is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large and quiet.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms excellent, staff polite and friendly. Style of hotel impressive. Location fantastic, only approx 200 yards from Krakow main square and city centre. Will definitely be returning here for our next visit. Thank you, Tony and Clare

This hotel is amazing. Comfortable beds, staff amazing and friendly. Brilliant location. Nice quiet hotel. Deco outstanding. Went with my daughter and had a room each with a fully equipped mini bar which was great. Lift not needed as it was lovely to walk using the stairs. I was on the 3rd floor.

Excellent choice in Krakow, close to main Square and local attractions. Hotel is very famous and recently refreshed. Breakfast is great, with plenty choose from. Bistro Restaurant also brings high quality, food was excellent and good quality.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Great location. Staff all excellent. Breakfast fabulous. Rooms are stunning like an apartment. Mini bar great. The only 1 thing is that the bar was not open and does not sell pumped beer. But you could ask at the cafe for a drink and sit in lounge area.
