Personally, my requirements are always huge in relation to the places where I relax! Here they were satisfied 100%! The rooms are really clean, which doesn't happen in every 5 star hotel. There's really nothing to complain about here. And believe me, I am a perfectionist! The rooms are decorated very nicely, and the bed... is phenomenally comfortable! I also have high expectations here - especially as a manufacturer of handmade furniture :) it's simply comfortable for me, whereas so far I've always had trouble sleeping in any hotel, so that's another plus. Parking - I'm also satisfied here, there's plenty of space, so people with larger cars don't have to worry :) When it comes to food - I'm very picky, as an athlete I won't eat just anything and the quality of the products must be good, otherwise I simply won't eat anything. The breakfasts are delicious! I like one of the breads so much that after my vacation I think I'll have to sign up for a running ultramarathon 😋 Breakfast service. Mrs. Alicja - you are an angel walking around the Gavi restaurant, thanks to you, I go to this breakfast with a smile, because I know that I will meet such a kind soul there, just you 😘😘😘 I greet you and my husband with all our hearts 🥰🥰🥰 I consider it my beautiful heart and good approach to people, you deserve a bonus 🌷 Reception. There are two lovely girls there, I will add their names later 💋 they welcomed us so nicely that my husband and I immediately felt at home. Engaged, cordial and nice! You are wonderful and never change ♥️❤️ I found one minus. These are some guests. Some people enter the hotel so dissatisfied and offended as if their senses were being stolen. It's not nice to show off and show off like that, believe me! It's worth smiling sometimes and not pretending to be a Master :) - because life is too short and... too beautiful for that :) appreciate every day, because money is one thing, but life, joy, drawing happiness from every moment is the most valuable :) This is my opinion after a few days of stay, although there are still two days left, but for now (I will give the final review ♥️) I am very satisfied. And as I wrote, I am a person who is hard to satisfy ♥️ You are great 😻

Three nights in this very pretty hotel, beautiful, luxurious and classic decoration. We had a large room at the front with a nice view of the square which was unfortunately very much under construction. The hotel is just on the outskirts of the old town which puts it a 10 minute walk from Rynek Square. Breakfast served in the beautiful large dining room on the ground floor, absolutely delicious, very fresh and very varied. Small spa in the basement with a small jet pool, very pleasant after a long day of sightseeing. Spa accessible without supplement. Very smiling and very attentive staff. The concierge organized a private visit to the salt mines for us and it was perfect.
