素晴らしい体験をしました。内装はため息が出るほど美しく、スタッフの皆さんは綺麗な英語を話し暖かく向かい入れてくれます。ロケーションは旧市街の中と完璧で、すばらしいレストランも系列に備えています。価格以上の価値を感じるホテルでした。

10 out of 10 in all areas. The staff ( Antony, Martin, Margaret and Suzanne)) that I dealt with so welcoming, friendly and professional. I can’t say enough. Great area to walk to major attractions). Hotel is spotless, my room was perfect. Will definitely be back!

This is a really great hotel in all respects. Clean, high quality furnishings and decor, pleasant and helpful staff, good value, etc, etc. It is very conveniently located for all attractions in the Old Town. Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights at the Balthazar Design Hotel and it was excellent. The room was nice and super clean. The location is incredibly central - next to the castle. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall a great stay in central Krakow.

Location is amazing, just step away from main square. However, difficult to get there by car and few problems experienced with that (parking fine, expensive car park etc). Hotel is comfortable, clean and modern. Big minus as there is no spa, pool or anything to chill out. Staf very friendly!

Nice hotel; centrally located in Krakow. Front desk staff very helpful with recommendations and making restaurant reservations. Also they helped arrange airport transportation to and from hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. We were able to easily walk to our Schindler Factory tour. Felt safe walking around the general neighborhood of the hotel. Plus everyone spoke excellent English.

The location of this hotel is superb being probably only a 1 minute walk from the castle. It was a very hot day when we arrived so the receptionist got me a glass of sparkling water on arrival which was appreciated. The decor of this hotel is very luxurious and classy. The rooms are elegant and cosy. We did not eat dinner at the hotel but they do have a very impressive restaurant. I was extremely impressed by the breakfast service which included a selection of delicious pastries and fruit to help oneself to. A smoked salmon platter was brought to each table which was particularly delicious. Then you have menu options which included salmon/bacon eggs Benedict. I tasted both options during my stay and both were Divine. We were also offered unlimited tea & coffee and the fresh orange juice was delicious. From the cute cold utensils, and quirky brown & white sugar display to the fine bone China, everything is exquisite. There is also a complementary option to have breakfast in the room which i availed of one morning when I was not feeling too well. The staff couldn’t have done more for me and were very caring. They made a special cake for my husbands 50 th birthday. All and all an excellent stay. Well done to the staff.
