A nice hotel in a good location

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for our needs. Clean, modern room with a spacious bathroom. Situated by the Vistula River which provides ideal walking opportunities. The main bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and a local supermarket is slightly over 5 minutes away. Will happily stay here again when we next visit Krakow.

Nice hotel for business trip

The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast is great, and it is a very nice hotel. Opposite is an exhibition center, and there are small shops nearby. I bought nail clippers and a large bottle of water.

Everything is fine! But the beds are too small and uncomfortable

The wifi is so slow that I can't even open **. When I send WeChat, it shows that it is not connected. I won't say anything about the bad wifi. I can't use the data or 2G. I was sleeping at 9 o'clock in the morning and they woke me up. I was thinking that I would check out at 12 o'clock. You don't need to remind me so early. The accommodation experience is almost 0

The location is a bit remote, the room is a bit small, but everything else is good

The facilities are very new and very good

Great location to walk to the castle and the square. Close to transport links and only 15 mins from the airport

I am writing this review with very mixed feeling because as a hotel, this is an excellent place to stay. But... It snowed last week and the hotel didn bother to clear the snow even outside its own door. We got off the taxi carrying heavy suitcases only to walk on a super slippery surface. This tells me that this hotel is not remotely interested in the safety and wellbeing of its guess. Breakfast at over 20€ is a good eating experience as they have a lot of different types of food.

Convenient walking to Old Town and transportation. Clean and nice breakfast buffet. However, the phone charger receptacles did not work, and needed an adapter. Also, the bathroom only provided one liquid soup for washing, and no shampoo or conditioner.
