We stayed here for five nights. On our first night we got very little sleep becausenofmthemnoisenonnthenstreet. On our first morning the shower flooded. We had to put down all the towels to stop water going into the bedroom. We reported this to the reception. Next morning the flooding was worse.mitmwas upmto our ankles. When we reported it again we were offered another room. This one was on the top floor which was at least quieter We have visited Krakow many times and have always been delighted with the hotels. When we were checking out I asked would there be discount for the inconvenience and was told no. I certainly would not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Very stylish Old City hotel, close to numerous attractions , cafes and restraunts. Located in vintage old building but have all necessary amenities including spa and fitness. Staff is very friendly, large room with wooden floor, vintage furniture, full minibar.

Altwürdiges Hotel mit entsprechender Einrichtung (Hohe Räume, Stuckaturen, Teppiche), welches sehr gut unterhalten und modernisiert wurde. Der Wellnessbereich im Gewölbekeller ist eine Freude. Qualitätsprodukte für Körperpflege stehen im Wellness und im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Die Mitarbeitenden im Service und Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber. Die Sanitäranlagen sind ausgezeichnet (tolle Duschen, schöne Badewannen). Nespresso Kaffeemaschine sowie Wasser (still / leise) wird täglich aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist maximal zentral. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Kolejny udany pobyt. Bardzo jasny i przestronny pokój jednoosobowy, wygodne łóżko, komfortowe biurko do pracy. Łazienka z deszczownicą, kosmetyki L’occitane, miękkie ręczniki. Smaczne śniadania.

Prima locatie, prima comfort en heel leuke wellness. Maar boek geen taxi transfers via de receptie. Voor een transfer (heenrit) naar de zoutmijn vroegen ze 150 zloty. We namen voor de terugrit een officiële taxi ter plaatse (met meter) die ons 73 zloty's kostte...De blonde (iets oudere) receptioniste is te mijden als je een taxi rit boekt, we denken zelfs dat haar echtgenoot de taxi chauffeur was. Zeer onprofessioneel en eigenlijk onaanvaardbaar voor een 5 sterren hotel.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location right nxt to the main square.. staff were very helpful and nice and polite.. bit of a strange smell as you 1st walk into the hotel coming from the spa room (chlorine) .. room was nice and spacious and clean.. only 2 negatives could of done with more pillows on the bed and need a kettle for tea in the morning as had to get dressed and go over the rd to get much needed cup of tea 1st thing.. would defo recommend and go back

Oldest building in Krakow! Stunning hotel. The suite was beautiful. Staff were excellent and polite. All areas were clean!
Breakfast was delicious. Quality food.
