The room is very clean, newly decorated, and very smart. The IoT controls the room's equipment, but the area is very small and it is difficult to spread out the suitcase. The breakfast is very rich with many choices. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the train station.

Comfy bed, fast wifi, good service. There’s a tablet in the room that controls everything, which is my favourite. The TV support youtube and is very large. Free hot drinks from coffee machine. Only downside is that the room is a bit small.

Rooms have everything that you need and are very clean, emailed for a kettle in the room and it was there on arrival . The staff are helpful and attentive and the location of the hotel is perfect, 10 mins steady walk to the main square. A real bonus was the lovely outside seating area and the free tea and coffee available 24 hours a day in reception. Would happily stay again.

I often visit Krakow on business and have stayed at this hotel several times before. However, this time I was left completely disappointed. It was my first encounter with such unpleasant staff at the reception. They were unfriendly and unwelcoming, making it feel as though I was intruding into their personal space with questions about my check-in. I must emphasize that this is not my first time at this hotel, but I have never before been given such a catastrophically small room! It was a huge disappoin**ent! I definitely will not use the services of this hotel again.
