Very near to the train/bus station. Excellent service. A downside is the tidiness of the room. There’s still rubbish in the bin when we arrived.

The room is very clean, newly decorated, and very smart. The IoT controls the room's equipment, but the area is very small and it is difficult to spread out the suitcase. The breakfast is very rich with many choices. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the train station.

Comfy bed, fast wifi, good service. There’s a tablet in the room that controls everything, which is my favourite. The TV support youtube and is very large. Free hot drinks from coffee machine. Only downside is that the room is a bit small.

this is among the best hotels in Poland - service is at the core of all they do. for a business person frequently in and out of Krakow their staff have always , without fail, done what they can to assist me. there was once a time when I urgently needed a document printed and scanned... they gladly did it... AND, I was not even staying there at that time.
