Komorowski Luxury Guest Rooms

The hotel is lovely, very modern, clean and stylish. It's wonderful for couples, me and my Mrs chose this hotel to stay in for the Krakow Chris**as market. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hot tub is a very classy touch and romantic. Tv's in both bathroom and room are very nice. However. The doors are extremely thin and they have no slow closing mechanisms. This means you can hear everything in the corridors. That ranged from cleaners drunk people retuning to their rooms, you can hear tvs from other rooms, people arguing in the room next door etc. Room 205 is also located on the main street which means you can hear the tram going by and other public noises. I asked the hotel for ear plugs, which they said they provided in the welcome book but yet they were not aware or didn't have any. Which was not helpful. Also air con was not working, I reported twice and it was never repaired and the room was boiling. I was sweating most nights. So I will finish with, it is indeed a nice hotel but it is not for light sleepers due to the amount of noise you can hear around the hotel

Lovely guest house in the centre of Krakow. 5 minutes walk from the main square & Chris**as markets. Staff were very helpful & polite. Booked all our trips for us and sorted out take away breakfast when trip pick up time was early. They also arranged airport transfers for us too! Room was very clean, well decorated & very warm despite the snow & subzero temperature outside! Breakfast was amazing & definitely worth it! Loads of variety & served straight to your room at the time of your choosing

Stayed here for four nights while away with my wife. Room was great, location was perfect!! Less than ten minutes walk from the main train station (Train was easy from the airport) and less than five minutes walk and we were in the middle of old town with all the amazing things it has to offer. Would highly recommend this place to stay and Krakow for a city break

Really relaxing lovely a**osphere to the place,very clean with a great location to the old town,the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful me and my wife had a lovely 3 day stay here and we would highly recommend

We had the most amazing stay here, the staff were really friendly they let us keep our cases behind reception when arriving early and leaving late. The two person hot tub were magical it was so relaxing especially after a long day, the room was clean and the cleaners would clean everyday if you wanted them too. The way of doing breakfast was great you’d choose the time you wanted it and the items you wanted and it was brought to your room between these times. The location was great as when you turn left out of the hotel and head straight across you would be in the main square! I would definitely recommend people staying here for sure.

Could not fault this at all, definitely recommend for couples as it has that romantic touch, close to main square and 24 hour supermarket at few doors down, our TV in bathroom wasn't working the girl tried very hard to fix but couldn't so as an apology gave us a fresh fruit.platter and offered us to change rooms, it wast boyfriend's room and unpaid for balloons to be put in the room, the effort was beyond compare and I couldn't fault them at all

Would like to say that this is one of the nicest and romantic places where to spend time with your beloved person. We stayed here few times in Krakow and are always looking forward to come back. The best thing probably is location and that amazing jacuzzi which we had in a big bathroom with heated floor. I would say that room where we always stay is a bit used but we don’t really pay attention to that because everything is maintained clean and housekeeping is daily, towels new every day. There are two TV, one is in the bathroom so can enjoy watching paid Netflix in nice, cosy bath and in very romantic a**osphere. Interior is lovely, perfect for lovely weekend. Location and price for this place is affordable and it’s very convenient for trip anywhere in Krakow because you’re 5 min away from Old square and from many restaurants, shops and public transport/taxi. Staff is helpful, breakfast in the room makes mornings even better.
