It was a bit difficult to find the hotel since it doesn't have a nameboard in front of the first entrance. You should definitely call the hotel before you go there because you can't enter the building without going through the locked gate. I actually didn't contact the hotel beforehand and couldn't even find the entrance when I arrived. I made a call and the clerk kindly came in front of the building to find me and guided me to the reception. She was so kind and helpful.
The room was good enough for a single short stay too.

Séjour de 7 jours à Cracovie avec hébergement au Globetrotter guest house. Agréable, chambre propre et typique des intérieurs polonais. A noter un excellent petit restaurant juste en bas de l'hotel : KLUSKA NA PLACU.
Cuisine polonais excellente et pas cher.

Excellent! So comfortable, consistent wifi, great receptionists, fantastic location, quiet and safe yet incredibly central to the old town and transport links. Kettle with coffee and tea. Would go back in a heartbeat and not change a thing.

Great location, near the main square and a short walk from the railway station.
Lovely old school rustic polish decor.
Friendly service.
Only downside was the creaky floorboards that made a lot of noise when you were wslking around the room. I felt sorry for the guests in the room below.
