Nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff on reception. The rooms at the back you could here the trains from 430am but not a big deal. The room was clean ,bathroom looked new. The bed was comfy but pillows lumpy. Towels were changed if you put them on floor. The bed was made but un changed for our weeks stay. Had to ask for coffee at reception sometimes not replaced and cups left unwashed. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Different cereals yoghurts and selection of fresh fruit. To follow there was a great selection of hot dishes, cold meats, lots of different cheeses and large selection of salad items. We loved the different breads. To follow there were polish cakes and muffins. Good coffee machine. No need to leave here hungry. We got train from airport easy to get a ticket on platform or on train. Cross the road and you are in Kazimierz with its great history, coffee shops and restaurants. We got off train at Krakow Zablocie a 10 minute walk over river. Going back we walked from hotel to Krakow Grzegórzki about 6mins. Better to get on here quieter than main railway station.
