It’s not bad, it’s a good and affordable hotel. The sanitation is good and the transportation is convenient. It’s not bad or not. You can stay in. It’s not noisy at night. The service of Ctrip’s website is very good.

I returned to solo travel after a 5 year hiatus, and I couldn't have made a better choice than Hotel Wielopole. The room had a very comfortable twin bed, and a lovely bathroom. The huge window looked onto the street, which made the room seem big. It was quiet. But the best thing - the location. It is phenomenal. Just steps from the Rynek. A 10 minute walk from Kazimierz, Wawel Castle and the Wisła River. It couldn't be more convenient. The area is super safe. And the people who work here are so sweet and helpful and kind! A joy to see each day. If you do stay here, either bring your shampoo and conditioner, or better yet - hit a Rossman's for some travel-sized shampoo. Get the one that smells like honey and lemon, by Nature :-). Also, their soaps are tiny, so you may need to bring/buy/ more. Or ask for more. And you get only two towels unless you ask. The hotel tries to be green wherever it can, and I respect that. I very strongly suggest this hotel for the solo traveler, but I'd come back even if I was traveling with someone. It's that amazing. This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! First of all thanks to an amazing staff who help out with all the requests. Girls at the front desk are just amazing ! Rooms are clean and cosy, breakfast was great! Definitely staying here again when in Krakow!

This is a really lovely hotel - it was our 1st experience of Krakow and the hotel helped us find it a brilliant place to visit. The hotel is in a great location - 10 mins to the centre and a short taxi ride from the train station (UBER LESS THEN 5 uk pounds). The hotel has character, the rooms are spacious and the staff are very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. We had breakfast a couple of times - ad-hoc (about £8) good quality - fresh coffee - pastries, fruit, and hot food in a nice setting. Really would recommend. It has a restaurant which we didn't try.

Right next to Stare Miasto. Perfect location. Very comfortable and quiet place. Delicious breakfast. Reception Staff very lovely. I would stay there again in a possible future. On the negative side, the beds were a bit small. But just that.

Absolutely amazing staff, food and room! I stayed in room 602 (double room) which was offered as an upgrade (for an extra £24 roughly) as I booked a single room originally; I was told the double room would be ready sooner than my room as I'd arrived really early. As a side note, the lovely lady told me that the single rooms are very small. So, in my opinion, I'd recommend the bigger room, the extra money is worth it! I think it's worth noting to learn a little polish before coming, even though the hotel has free simple phrase leaflets to take with you. It makes it easier for both yourself and the staff :-) Thank you again to the staff of Wielopole Hotel xxx

The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay was comfortable in every way. They gave us lots of good recommendations for whatever we needed….restaurants, sights, pharmacies, etc. Sylvia and Rafel were incredible and all the other staff, including trainees were kind and accommodating. I can’t say enough about way they made us feel at home. I can’t recommend them enough.
