It’s not bad, it’s a good and affordable hotel. The sanitation is good and the transportation is convenient. It’s not bad or not. You can stay in. It’s not noisy at night. The service of Ctrip’s website is very good.

This is an excellent hotel made all the more enjoyable by the comfort it offers, the highly professional staff and proximity to the city centre. For peace and tranquillity it is here. I do not hesitate to recommend this excellent accommodation to all visitors to Krakow

The staff at Hotel Wielopol were so kind and helpful. Our stay was very comfortable, especially the aircon in our room after a hot day exploring Krakow. We enjoyed the ample breakfast buffet every morning before we headed out. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the old town during the day and night on a relatively quiet street just outside the Planta and near lots of public transport options. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Wielopol to family and friends.

The room was spotless, comfortable bed, great shower all around tremendous room, so comfy. The location is brilliant. Close to all attractions and a short walk from the train station ( take the little blue bridge instead of going through the shopping centre). Most important though, the staff are amazing and friendly. That's from the front room staff to the domestics in the hotel. Love the place.

We stayed in this hotel during our school trip this june and we’ve had the best experience. The rooms were beautiful and neat,breakfast was great and the staff was the most friendly, helpful and professional. The locality of this hotel is great since it’s right in the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have the best time possible in Krakow:)

Super hotel, good for the historic centre. Friendly and good breakfast. Comfortable beds and quiet. Stayed on my own for a couple of night when visiting a supplier. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the centre and square and 15 minutes to the castle.

Simply the best hotel in terms of location, cleanliness and comfort not to mention the staff. The smile and positive vibes and the welcoming was just unexpected. I love it when a hotel reception takes the time to explain the city from a personnel view not a tourist guide perspective and recommending restaurants pubs and places to see that are authentic and local. The rooms are adequate the beds are warm and comfortable i usually struggle to sleep the first nights in new locations but this was home, if i didn't have a train to catch would've slept in. Kudos to you I will definitely come stay again and next time stay for more than just a day
