Geographical location: Outside the old city wall, but very close to Wengcheng in the north, a few hundred meters, to the train station, bus station, go directly into the Galleria shopping mall and go downstairs, it's only about 1 kilometer away. There are many restaurants, bars, convenience stores and clothing stores around.
The service attitude is quite good. The official statement requires check-out at 11 o'clock. It's okay to check out late if you say hello in advance. The breakfast is also OK.
Hardware: It's an old house, so the sound insulation is very poor. There is a tram downstairs, which bangs all day long. There are still car sounds at three o'clock in the middle of the night on the busy street, and then the tram starts very early. You can clearly hear the sound of the neighbors coming back late, coughing, talking, and flushing. The floor will also squeak. So, if you mind, you must take a detour.

Conveniently located near the station and the old town. Breakfast was delicious. There was no refrigerator, but there was a water heater. If you plan to arrive late at night, you should avoid this hotel, but if you can check in before the reception opens, I recommend it.

The rooms are not good and the floor makes creaky sound in the room at all time. The rooms were not clean and we fell sick after our visit to this place. The building is really old and the breakfast was terrible with little to no options.
The wifi is really weak and none of out phones had network so we struggled with internet. Overall not a good experience in terms of facilities, hygiene or quality of the rooms. Do not recommend this for future stays.

We chose this hotel because it was cheap and had good reviews while searching for a place within walking distance of Krakow Central Station to use the station before and after our stay.
It certainly has an excellent location and cost performance.
On the other hand, our room was small and cramped, and the building is old, so the floor creaked and it was a bit stressful.
There was no refrigerator in the room, so we couldn't drink cold water. We couldn't keep beer cold either.
We thought that was just how it was during our stay, but we stayed in a modern hotel at our next destination and it was comfortable, so our impression of this accommodation was bad.
Breakfast was from 7:30, and because we left early in the morning, we could only eat it one day out of the three. It was a shame because the food was good.
Also, the front desk is open from 8am to 8pm, so people who arrive at other times need to be careful.
