Venetian House Market Square Aparthotel

Lovely accommodation. Right on the Main Square of krakow but soundproofing excellent. Bed very comfy. Property warm and absolutely spotless.

The apartment was in the centre of Krakow, the big square. It was really modern and comfortable. Very clean with 2 shower rooms, 1 with a bath also. Towels n shower gel provided. It should sleep 6, with 3 double beds but the sofa bed was only really a single. We discussed this with reception and although they couldn’t change things they were very helpful bringing us extra pillows and quilts so we made a bed on the floor which was ok. I would recommend a stay here. The staff were very polite and resourceful.

Location was amazing and very central to the main market square. Check in was seamless and pain free and the apartment was compact but never felt small and had enough storage available. There was 2 of all items in the kitchen which was perfect however they did not offer or provide a drying towel so it was hard to dry up items that had been used. Also the apartment was not serviced over the course of our stay which didnt matter for us as we were only there for 3 nights but if we were there for a longer stay it might have become an issue though I would imagine if we requested it, then it wouldnt be an issue as the staff seemed very friendly and accommodating. Even with the close location to the market square it was very quiet in the room, only noise we heard was from other guests in the hallway

Lovely hotel overlooking market square. Rooms modern clean and well equipped. Bed was really comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and 24 hour reception. Luggage storage facility available. Would highly recommend this hotel. Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the square, if you don’t mind some noise.

These apartments are absolutely beautiful! They are situated right on the main square so perfectly located. The apartments are very clean and really well equipped. The staff on the front were always welcoming and friendly. I would 100% return!

Wow beautiful apartments in the heart of the vibrant square , spacious, crisp & very clean 😍, fully equipped for a self catering holiday , comfortable beds , we had two bedrooms & two bathrooms definitely recommend and would stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic stay. Amazing location. Staff are very nice. Comfy bed but pillows are a bit flat. Lovely kitchen area. BEST SHOWER EVER extremely spacious and powerful. Very quiet which we found surprising as the hotel is in the main square. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to everywhere. Slept really well! Friendly & helpful staff. Very clean. Good facilities. Official airport taxis far too expensive (wanted 129 zloty) paid 70 zloty to get back to airport. Had lovely meal at Max 18 just over & to left side from hotel entrance. Booked a tour direct with Legendary Krakow, meeting point easy 10 minute walk from Hotel - did camps & salt mines all in one day. Great day out & would use them again. Left the rest of weekend to walk & sight see. Jewish quarter seen day & night & worth a visit. Cross the river to ghetto area, chairs memorial easy to get too, but didn’t find the remaining ghetto wall. Pleasant walk around outside of castle. Highly recommend good footwear - lots of walking & some areas cobbled. Weather was amazing during our weekend & were able to eat outside every evening at numerous places around old town main square. Never found anywhere ‘cheap’, and prices similar to home town. Still managed a great weekend Friday-Monday on about £450 & ate & drank what and where we wanted to. Great place for a 3 night getaway

Amazing stay at the Venetian over he bank holiday weekend. Hotel was very secure, needing your room card to access the main building. Rooms and hotel in general was very clean, we stayed in a superior twin room which was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bathroom had a lovely shower with non slip mats. There were ear plugs left in drawers for on a night with the hotel being located on the main square but they weren't needed as we didn't hear much noise. The hotel location was perfect, situated right on the main square, surrounded by lots of restaurants to chose from, and a few minutes walk to the shops. We were slightly concerned as when we first booked we realised most of the main restaurants were closed on Easter Sunday, but this was not a problem as there were loads of food markets on the square. We used the hotels airport transfer, which I was aware was more expensive than a normal taxi service, however I found it was worth it as they were very reliable and professional. The taxi driver who picked us up was very informative about things to do and places to eat, upon return the driver met us at the hotel to take us to the taxi, which had to be parked on one of the streets as taxis and cars are not allowed on the main square. We needed to check out of the hotel at 11am but as our flight was at night time, the hotel kept our luggage safe with them whilst we could go out and enjoy our last day. Overall the staff were very friendly and accommodating and will definitely be returning to the Venetian at some point in the future!
