Golden Tulip Krakow City Center

Location is good, walking distance from the Old Town. The main historical places are nearby. Breakfast is delicious.

Nice hotel located 5 minutes from the centre, clean and open 24/24, rooms well equipped with complimentary coffee and tea, small bathroom but well organized in space; electricity sockets next to the bed, kind staff; some problems with the curtains that let light enter and the bed duvet too short! breakfast excellent with a lot of choices from salted to sweet food.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a city break. The reception staff were always ready with a smile and happy to answer any questions however trivial. The rooms were clean and appropriate for a few days stay. I made an error with the safe and they were swift to come and help. I would recommend this hotel.

Stopped here as someone we knew had been earlier this year. Lovely hotel. Rooms had everything you needed. Large selection for breakfast so something for everyone although my husband did miss there not being croissants. Staff really friendly and attentive. A welcome hello every time you passed through reception. The hotel provided breakfast bags for us at 5.45am one morning as we were going on a trip very early.These contained 3 ham and cheese rolls each, a yoghurt, apple, banana, breakfast bar and a bottle of water. Couldn't thank them enough for this. Hotel very close to centre of town and there is a shop at the end of the street which was helpful. There are 2 Golden Tulip hotels in Krakow so need to be very careful when booking transfers etc.

My friend and I visited for a long weekend (Friday to Monday). The hotel is in a great location, staff were so helpful and the room was clean. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The price was right. Really can't complain. Area was safe and old town was a short walk (5/10 mins) through a beautiful park. Loads of lovely restaurants nearby. My only criticism (possibly quite petty) was that the duvets and pillows were not great quality; the pillows were the size of a postage stamp. Saying that I slept pretty well (nothing to do with the long island iced teas). I would definitely recommend and will be returning with my family.

Excellent hotel. Great location, very, very helpful staff. Go above and beyond. Lovely, comfy rooms, great breakfast, already planning next visit. Reasonable price in restaurant and bar. Tea and coffee in room, room cleaned daily. Certainly be back

We stayed here for 5 nights last June and we absolutely loved this hotel. The location was fab, only a few minutes walk to the main square! The hotel was absolutely spotless. Our room was huge, the breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel! Really good selection. The staff were all very friendly, when we checked in one of the staff actually walked us to the elevator and gave us directions to our room. We had no issues with noise from other rooms. I would definitely stay here again.
