Very clean. Everywhere nearby. Easy remote check-in and check-out. Super clean bathroom and fragrant bedding. The room was for 2 people with a private bathroom.

The location is good, about 1.5 kilometers away from the old city. The facilities are old and the hygiene is average. The service staff's attitude is very good. Next to it is the train track. Rooms close by may be noisy.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was decent enough. However, the other guests in the hostel were inconsiderate at best. Kept up all night due to parties ect. in the adjacent rooms despite a quiet time of '22.00-06.00'. No one on site to manage noise nuisance. I wouldn't bother staying at this place, until they have people in place to ensure comfort of all guests is maintained go to any other place in Krakow to stay. The location or price mean nothing if you cannot actually get a decent night's sleep.

Niestety nie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu. Zarwane łóżko, za nim brud, leżące paragony. Łazienka nieprzyjemny zapach i prysznic tak obrzydliwy, że zrezygnowaliśmy z kąpieli. Na szczęście była to tylko jedna noc, więcej bym nie przeżyła..... Po fajnym pobycie w Gdańsku, Kraków sprawił, że już więcej z usług nie skorzystamy... :-((((((((((((

Five comments: 1) The tram did not operate due to construction on the street. Had I known this before booking, I would have found another place to stay. Although the hostel provided clear and specific check-in information, it failed to talk about this significant change. 2) The bathroom had just been renovated and provided a modern and clean space. 3) The water pressure is exceptionally good. 4) The carpet (in room 8) was ripped. 5) The one bed sagged. So, maybe the carpet could have been repaired and the mattress changed.

about 20 min walk from Stare Miasto. quiet area one minute from the synagogue and the Jewish quarter. Unfortunately the kitchen is dirty, but the rooms and common areas are spotless. it is inside a courtyard, very large and quiet. good prices
