Hôtel extrêmement bien noter sur booking mais la réalité est autre Effectivement sur ce qui est de l’emplacement vous être a 2 minutes a pieds du centre historique de Cracovie ce qui n’est pas négligeable Mais pour passer une bonne nuit fuyez vous entendez le tram toute les 2 minutes jusqu’à tard dans la nuit et il reprend très tôt le matin, de plus l’immeuble est très bruyant les marches les gents qui rentre qui sorte tous la nuit les portes qui claque… et j’en passe Et pour le service et l’accueil il n’y a aucun interlocuteur nous n’avons jamais vu personne vous rentrez par un code qui vous est remis et terminer … Pas de ménage pas de changement de serviette de bain aucun service vous garder vos poubelles le temps de votre séjour ou faut aller les mettre vous mêmes sur le trottoir ne pas user tous le papier toilette sinon faut aller en acheter par vous même Et pour finir le petit déjeuner une catastrophe on vous dépose un sac devant votre porte sans boissons chaude 3 croissants dans une boîte en carton et 1 jus d’orange, pas le choix d’aller prendre un vrai petit déjeuner dans le centre Heureusement que cette magnifique ville nous a laisser de bon souvenirs

Pro: Nice place with a very good location. You have everything you need within a short distance. Rooms are in good size and cool interior. Neg: The bed is the worst bed I ever slept in. I'm a big guy, so for me I could have slept on the floor. Would not have been any different. I could feel all the planks under the madras. It is time for new madras. Even though they don't clean the rooms, they should check or have a backup for toilet paper. I needed to go out and buy more myself.
