We booked Arts Studios by Loft Affair through a package-deal through Tavellink in february. We were supposed to arrive there early on april 6th, but the same day it turns out that Art Studios have sent an e-mail to Travellink to cancel our stay because they no longer had any rooms available. If this was correct they should have contacted Travellink long before our trip, not the same day. Because Travellink couldn't make another reservation for us that day, we had to look for another place to stay while we were already in Poland. We used our whole first day calling back and forth to Art Studios and Travellink without any luck. Very unserious and would not recommend!
