Leider haben wir das vermutlich schlechteste Zimmer bekommen: im 1. Stock direkt an der Straße. Wenn schon Ohropax vom Hotel am Nachttisch deponiert werden, sollte das stutzig machen. Und es wurde richtig laut, denn die Straßenbahnen rattern im Minutentakt vorbei. Am Abend wechseln sie sich mit quietschenden Reifen von Autos und Motorrädern ab. An Schlaf ist selbst mit Ohrstöpsel kaum zu denken. An der anderen Hotelseite ist direkt der Bahnhof, ich fürchte dass es dort ebenso laut wäre. Sonst war das Deluxe Zimmer schön, modern eingerichtet und geräumig. Es gibt keinerlei Kasten oder Aufbewahrung, man ist wohl eher auf Kurzzeitgäste eingestellt. Im Bad fehlte die Handseife, Duschgel & Co wurden bei uns leider nicht nachgefüllt. Ein Extra-Stern für die kostenlose Minibar, die aufgefüllt wird und den Willkommens-Sekt. Alles andere entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Sehr gutes Frühstück (warme Speisen werden frisch zubereitet, z.B. Eiergerichte und Palatschinken) und Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant. Wir hatten auch das Glück, einen Parkplatz zu erwischen. Der Jacuzzi am Dach ist toll, aber natürlich zu beliebten Zeiten (abends, Stichwort Sonnenuntergang) ständig besetzt. Reservieren kann man ihn leider nicht. Die Lage des Hotels ist super - sowohl das jüdische Viertel als auch die Altstadt sind zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Really enjoyed our stay here, fantastic location, great little touches, such as still and sparkling water refilled daily, bottles of orange juice/fizzy drinks as well a bottle of prosecco on arrival. The staff were so attentive and helpful, loaning us adaptors and wardrobes (storage is limited). Rooms are spacious, modern, and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Very good hotel overall. Our room was clean, modern and very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was very nice aswell. Would recommend😊

This hotel is in the perfect spot in Krakow. It is a 2 min walk to the old town, 5 mins from the jewish quarter and next to the train station. The rooms are fabulous and have floor length windows. Hot tub on the roof was brilliant especially in the evenings. Breakfast - plenty of choice - hot/ cold. Staff were excellent considering their English wasnt great and our Polish was non existent. Will definitely visit again.

Fabulous Hotel with loft feel rooms …. Very clean … 24 hour reception & restaurant….. roof top jacuzzi for guests …. Rooms cleaned each day …. Lovely breakfast, both cooked or continental….. about 10 minute straight walk to town centre & also Jewish town …. Brilliant place … couldn’t fault anything x

The normally check in time was at 15:00. We arrived at 13:00 and the room was ready for us. The staff a very attentive, friendly and fast. The room nice and clean. The food in the restaurant delicious. The Jacuzzi on the top of the hotel are famous. From the hotel to the city you can walk in 10 Minutes. Everything was great.

We stayed as a couple at The Loft in February 2024 for 2 nights.
Upon check-in you are given a phone that acts as your room key that controls the heating, blinds, TV, lights and room service. Our room didn’t have a phone as it was out of order so we were given a card to access. Every room also has a tablet on the wall that controls everything. We couldn’t connect to the TV to get Netflix but this wasn’t a huge issue.
One great feature of this hotel is the rooftop hot tub. We went up on both nights and had it to ourselves with our friends for 2 hours each night. The Prosecco you have in your room when you check-in is great to have up there and the views are incredible.
Breakfast is continental with the option of cooked items. I’m vegan and although there wasn’t masses, there is vegan butter, milk, toast, tofu, cereal, fruit and cold options that change daily.
The rooms are modern and have the option of mattresses if you want hard or soft. There is a soft drinks fridge that is complimentary and restocked everyday.
The bar and pizza restaurant downstairs is 24 hours and is great if you fancy a drink but don’t want to leave. Everything is in walking distance with the main square and Jewish quarter both 10/15 minutes either way.
We would definitely come back.

On arrival the hot tub was far too hot so they got a cleaner to add cold water then we noticed there was dirt all in the bottom and the vent cover floating about The tile on the floor was dangerous and moved The view blocked by the hot tub covers and side hanging off Reception not too bothered I’ve emailed hotel and no response The concept of hotel good but need tlc The pool on the top is far better than hot tub in room I’m not one to usually complain but there customer services is terrible
