Super good service and super nice room. Stayed there 2 nights. Got sick on the last night and the staff was very helpful and arranged so we could check out two hours later. Also got to leave our bags at the hotel for 10 hours after we checked out. Really recommend. About 10 minutes on foot to the center!!

Very Basic hotel located just outside jewish quarter. Location is poor as its away from main city for a walk distance. Rooms are small, Basic but very clean so top Mark. Staff friendly and helpful. Probably i would not recommend as price dont match the value.

The hotel was very good and the staff were both helpful and pleasant. It is situated perfectly for exploring the Jewish quarter and beyond (we walked to the Schindler factory in less than half an hour). Even the old town is about 35-40 mins walk. They packed us two lunches for the Auschwitz tour (catered for my wife who is coeliac). Cosy small bar and lovely dining area in the basement. One downside, we had no English TV as our room had not been upgraded to the system for Netflix etc, not a major problem. I would recommend anyone to stay at M29.

Excellent hotel.very clean and quiet.spacious comfy room with everything you need.good reception .breakfast included was excellent food and choice.would definately stay here again.easy to get all around krakow with tram.one minute walk to Jewish centre square.24 hour convenience shop right across the road.

We are here for a city trip in Krakow. This hotel is well located, very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly. We also booked breakfast, which was super tasty. In the bar you can drink delicious cocktails, or just have a cup of coffee or tea. This is all super organized. You can also have a bite to eat here in the evening, which is very tasty

Just returned home from Krakow. The hotel is in a great location with super friendly helpful staff. We stayed in room 501 (rear of the building) and it was lovely and peaceful considering the area is lively. The New Square just around the corner is amazing with bars and street food, and the old town is a 20/25 min walk or there are plenty of trams. We’ll hopefully be back there v soon ;)

Very conveniently located hotel in Jewish Quarter & close to great bars & restaurants. However, rooms are very "spartan" with only 6 hangers!! They could take out the ironing board & create more hanging space? The restaurant is OK (ish) & the breakfasts very limited .

What a great hotel! Stayed here with friends after finding this gem on Last Minute and we really weren’t disappointed. The foyer was clean and tidy, with a fully stocked bar and really friendly and welcoming staff. After check in, and provided rooms next to one another, I was so pleased to find our room was perfect. A lovely large bed, simple but effective decor and the loveliest bath I have ever used in the bathroom. The room was so comfortable and easy to chill in when we were not exploring. The breakfast was served below reception and although I was sceptical at first as there was no real buffet, the food off the menu was mouthwatering and so tasty. If staying here please try the breakfast at least once as it will not disappoint. Upon leaving the reception staff were more than willing to assist with our luggage which I thought was such a lovely touch as she had heels in the snow! The hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the main square so if walking is not what you want then a taxi is easier, yet for us this was a nice change. Highly recommend and would stay again!
