Excellent hotel- staff very helpful , room is extremely clean , beds comfortable , location is excellent, just 3mins walk to divine mercy sanctuary and 15 mins walk to PopevJohn pAul sanctuary, I highly recommend if you’re visiting Divinr Mercy and sister Faustins

We visited Merci Boutique Hotel over the weekend with a boyfriend. Simply wanted to relax, enjoy delicious food and beverages and stay in peaceful environment after a busy working week. The staff was extremely nice and professional, the stay was flawless! The moment we checked in, kind receptionist Yana gave us a tour of the hotel, proudly telling about hotel’s special features. We were definitely impressed with this warm welcome, you truly feel that everyone is treated individually here. Thanks for that! The room was very comfortable, had everything that you might need in a hotel. A tiny balcony with super picturesque view was such a surprise, too. The cleanliness should be commented separately - the hotel is crystal clean and well maintained, with large amounts of vegetation and flowers all over the place. You want to take pictures of every corner, no exaggeration. And, of course, special regard to the restaurant that hotel owns, the cuisine was amazing, plus the prices are not overwhelming. You really want to try everything, please pass our regards to chef Tomek! Lastly, but I’d say it’s also a big plus, the fact that Merci Boutique Hotel is located in a quiet area, far from noisy highways or busy streets. We are super happy that we discovered such a place in Kraków, definitely will be coming back! Thank you very much once again

Lovely small hotel. Very clean, nice staff, free parking, Netflix, Nespreso machine :) It's very near to the tram station, only 10 min ride from city centre. Breakfast is very basic. Overall I would return to this hotel.

We recently went to Krakow from the United Kingdom to visit the Divine Mercy Sanctuary and it was really near the hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is amazing, not just the taste but the presentation itself. My wife is mesmerised everytime a plate is being served. We loved the edible flowers as well. Each meal is decently priced and of 5 star quality. Thank you for our wonderful stay and the friendly staff.
