Very nice, clean hotel. Didnt look much from the outside but really nice internally. Small reception area and Simon was very helpful. We dealt with him most of the weekend. Small breakfast room but plenty of choice for breakfast, hot food included bacon, sausages, eggs and pancakes. Cold included pastries, bread, jams, meats, cheeses along with cereal and various juices. Tea and coffee and i think there was a toaster too. When we got to our room it was top floor, 6 flights of stairs! No lift which he explained why - our mistake as we didn't advise we would prefer lower floor. Luckily seats on each level so we could rest if needed. The room was very spacious and had a double bed, we had asked for twins as stayed with my sister, he rectified this in minutes. the hotel was happy to order taxis and advise of directions etc. They stored our cases as we had a tea time pick up back to the hotel. So close to the Chris**as markets which was great. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The only thing which would improve the hotel would be to have a small bar or a vending machine to purchase soft drinks. Would recommend to anyone visiting Krakow as it was so close to so many areas.
