First of all. This hotel isn’t even close to 3 stars rating. Each night during my stay there are big groups of kids. They running, yelling, slapping doors, jumping and screaming all nights. When l complained at front desk they did anything.

Witam. W ostatni weekend w hotelu Fero Express odbyło się nasze wesele. Przyjęcie było na przepięknej sali lustrzanej, którą mogę serdecznie każdemu polecić za swój wygląd i funkcjonalność. Stoły ułożone wzdloz ścian są oddzielone od samego parkietu filarami, a super oświetlenie oraz ledy pozwalają dostosować sobie jasność według uznania, jak dla mnie to na duuuzy plus. Jedzenie również było w porządku, pyszne i porcje na tyle duże, aby goście byli najedzeni. Obsługa wesela jak i pomoc P. Eli nieoceniona :)

The hotel is ok if you are looking for a one, which is close to an airport (which was my case). Do not select it if you plan to visit Krakow, as it is far from the city center. In plus: the room was clean, staff was friendly, free parking, the hotel is really close to the airport. In minus: really thin walls and not sound-proof doors, so unfortunately, I could hear people talking in the corridor as well as in the room next to mine. It is not very convenient if you try to get some sleep ahead of your early-morning flight.

Op zich geen slecht hotel, maar er waren wel een hoop mankementen. Een haardroger bib in de badkamer die niet aansluitbaar was omdat er nergens in de badkamer een stopcontact aanwezig was. De afstandsbediening van de Airco werkte niet. Er werd ook niks aan verholpen. No service

Hemos pasado 2 noches en este hotel que, se supone, es de 3 estrellas, yo le quito 1. No limpian la habitación, no cambian la toalla de baño, a pesar de haber sido usada y estar muy húmeda. Las camareras del comedor excesivamente serias y cortantes. La ubicación, aún no estando mal del todo, está en medio de la nada y a 1/2 hora de Krakow. La habitación un poco pequeña y con terraza compartida con otras habitaciones, así es que si buscas algo de intimidad, vete olvidando. Para desayunar fiambre, ensaladas, cereales y poco más y una cafetera para más de 100 personas. En las mesas ni un triste mantel de papel, por lo que tienes que dejar todo sobre la mesa la cual limpian con la misma bayeta que las del resto del comedor. En fin una experiencia para no repetir.
