The location was Amazing , I can see the central square from my room . Really few steps no from everything. Well equipped room , with kettle , mug , soluble coffe and tea . I love this kind of stuff in the room . The bathroom, the shower was clean and new . The receptionist nice . The breakfast is weel filled ..you can chose between salty and sweet stuff .
You can find everything you need there . ☺️ Widly suggested

Central and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Would definitely recommend it to you. Will stay again. Can get a bit noisy outside, but take earplugs. Worked for me. Breakfast was OK. But to be fair I mainly had coffee and yoghurt. Budget hotel but worth every penny.

Albergo in pieno centro in zona pedonale e personale disponibile e gentile. La colazione discreta è servita in una sala che si raggiunge dopo due rampe di scale. L' albergo risente degli anni trascorsi e sicuramente avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Stanza un po' vetusta ma comunque abbastanza pulita.

Just back from this hotel yesterday. We (my wife and I) stayed one week in first floor of the back block where there is no lift. We are over 70 years of age and it was very difficult for us to use the narrow breath taking stairs with and without suit cases. The first day the room was cold also. My wife cought cold. When I asked the possibility of changing the room, the behaviour/reaction of the receptionist (his name is MACIEJ) was exceptionally RUDE and UNPOLITE. We have the feeling that the guests don’t matter at all for the reception desk. Location is fantastic. However, the room was old. Breakfast was very poor and not very appetizing. Considering location I would go back but considering others and unhelpful staff definitely would not go back to this hotel.

The hotel was a little bit dated - however, it was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The location was superb, being just a two minute walk from Krakow's lovely main square. Breakfast was more than adequate with all tastes catered for. I loved it so much I've booked to go again next year

I can recommend this hotel, as an excellent base exploring Krakow. Very fast well organised check in, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, huge and lovely spacious bathroom too. Breakfast was continental, but more than enough to see you through the day. It's my second stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. Thank you Hotel Rezydent for looking after us during our short stay.

Hotel is in a very good location in old town. The rooms are spacious enough inc decent bathroom with a free safe in wardrobe. Breakfast is served over 3 hrs,I say served but it's a help yourself to ham,cheese etc, apart from toast the only hot/warm food was small spicy sausages and scrambled egg. Staff very helpful and on your last day there is a luggage storage area. We would go back, nice stay in a very nice city.

Ærgerligt at man skal ud på gaden for ar bevæge sig mellem morgemadsrestaurant og værelser. Kun en nøgle pr værelse, hvilket kræver koordination, når man har booket flere dage.
Meget venligt personale overalt. Fin morgenmad .
