It is a nice basic hotel. Not centrally located but close to the tram and bus stops that will easily get you to the center of Krakow.

The room is not very big, but all is convenient and ergonomic. Special thanks for the excellent sleeping conditions, - bed, pillows etc. Good breakfast, friendly service. Location is OK, - 15-20 minutes walk to Centre Rynok square and to the mail railway station

The location is fine although not at the main Krakow station, there is a tram nearby with lift and escalator. There is also a park nearby where you can hang out and relax in the morning. Room was clean every 2 days. Lack of hair conditioner. This hotel is fine but do not expect 4/5 star hotel standard.

The hotel was located near to "Rondo Mogilskie" tram station, which was near to city center. The response of the hotel staff was commendable. The breakfast was a decent one.

I was disappointed with my stay at the Vienna House hotel in Krakow. The room felt cramped and lacked the amenities you'd expect for the price. The bed was uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location is somewhat far from the city center, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, I didn’t feel it offered good value for the money.

Good hotel after all. Location is a bit off from city center around 15 min by foot.

An okay place with a decent room. Bed is okay, internet works well, nice desk, friendly staff. If you get it at a cheap price then it is decent value for money. Room cleaning is every other day which isn't ideal.

Location is ok next to the tram stop and staff were helpful helping us books trips however they did not call our room when we ordered food delivery. Also lack of hotel bar and restaurant is not good because there is nothing else around the hotel
