Very lovely location in the heart of Krakow. Clean hotel and pleasant stay. Smaller TV included and some basic amenities.
Pictures included show the view from the room and then some sites and eats within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

Average 3 star hotel. Lack of amenities is not unexpected for this price point. The room is not dirty per se but the Color and brightness of the room doesn’t give much comfort on the cleanliness even though it is not exactly dirty. Location and price point is great.

Campanile hotels are one of my go-to brands. Kraków’s Campanile is located on the edge of the old town which made walking around much easier. Just outside you can catch the buses/trams.
To get to Krakow, we arrived by train - the main station is just beside the old town and it took us 10 minutes to walk across to the hotel. As we arrived early hours, they let us stay in the reception area while they rushed our room’s availability.

Great location, walking distance from all the nice places! Rooms are clean and spacious, we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to friends :)

Great location close to square and handy for everything. Drinks in hotel reasonably priced too. Didn't eat in hotel but food smelled lovely. Clean rooms. Would stay again

We arrived at the hotel on Monday morning. The help desk lady was very stoic and we got the feeling we are not so welcome to the hotel. Our stay was for three nights and maybe once the staff was paying us attention when we walked back to the hotel. The small talk "good morning, how are you" weren't asked even once during our stay. Not so sure if it is the custom in Poland but simple "good morning" would made an impact. As for the hotel itself. The location is the best part of the hotel. You can get anywhere from there and see the old town and it's beautiful structures. The room was decent. It was kept clean everyday ,but the bed was very hard. We managed to get some sleep but every morning our backs were killing us. Bathroom was nice and compact. The air conditioning was so and so. We put it on strongest and it didn't make the room any chillier. In the ens we ended up sleeping with the window opened. What we were missing was minibar/fridge and safe to deposit our passports. In conclusion if you are looking for cheap hotel in the center of the action why not try this one.

Good and clean hotel, but no mini bar in the room. Great location, you can walk everywhere in Krakow: old town, Kazimierz, railway station and so on. Good place if you want to explore the city and just sleep and take a shower I'm your room. Staff could be more friendly.
