Fragola Apartments Vistula View

The studio was lovely and very quiet. It was in easy walking distance of the old town and close to the river for scenic walks. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment is lovely and modern and very secure,with digital locks on the entrance door and your apartment door.It is on the river which is around 10 minuets walk from the main market square.The down side is its not really near restaurants or bars,but everything is accessible 5-10 minuets away.I would stay here again if i was in Krakow.

A very clean, 2 bedroom apartment close to the old town and beside the Vistula River. The apartment is in a residential area so very quiet and close to local shops. The apartment had all of the necessary requirements for us including a well stocked kitchenette with washing machine, dishwasher and electric hob. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom with large shower. Apartment was very cosy and comfortable with sofa and large flat screen television. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great appartment, just on the outskirts of the old town easy walking distance. Clean, safe with everything we needed.

We found this amazing little studio apartment via Expidea and definitely a little gem, situated on the outskirts if the old town nestled in a little corner next to the Vistula River it was a great location. The room had just what we need a large comfy bed and kitchen area with everything we need for our short stay and the bathroom with show was clean and modern. A small alcove for luggage and hanging space was ideal. This apartment had towels, hairdryer iron with little ironing board, kettle and toaster. We the local shops round the corner with Polish dels and a local market on Wed need for nothing. The bus to the salt mines stops just along the road and you can walk to the old town in 10mins. This was definitely a brilliant place to stay.

High standard apartment very clean and next to wawel

Good location less than a ten minute walk along the river path you will be rewarded with a great view of the castle. Apartment has everything that you need. Very kind and super helpful security staff. We arrived about 4pm having emailed the apartment owner the day before to let them know our arrival time was 1pm. We were bombarded with emails asking us to book a transfer from the airport and other emails about where we can drop our bags until our apartment is ready which we thought was unusual but later knew the reason for this. We arrived at the apartment at 3.50pm to find a cleaner in the apartment who informed us that she still had to clean the apartment. I spoke to the owner who acknowledged that the receptionist had made a mistake and thought we would be arriving at 10pm. I wasn't happy that the owner informed me that they have 100 apartments to clean on a daily basis when we described our predicament. The cleaner dropped off a bottle of prosecco and chocolates to compensate for our apartment not being ready as we had to leave our bags to allow the cleaners to come back into the apartment. As we had only booked a 1 night stay we could not enjoy the apartment as we had made plans to go out late afternoon and return late evening. Hardly anytime in the apartment and an owner who was more concerned about the number of apartments that need cleaning instead of providing good customer service.
