衞生：看上去比較老的酒店，衞生還是很好。
環境：必須五星，去城市核心，市場和博物館，走路15分鐘。
服務：可以看到發自內心的服務。
設施：比較老的設施，但絕對沒有老舊的概念，反而有一些復古的格調。

Hôtel magnifique à côté de la grande place ,très calme autant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur, le personnel excellent très discret et réactif, un petit déjeuner de roi nous n'avons jamais vu ça , nous avons même eu droit au champagne le weekend , et tout ce dont nous avons besoin même plus. Très propre . Je recommande 1000 fois merci

Great location near the main square but quiet. Two rooms (Superior and Standard) were both excellent, but Superior was larger and quieter (overlooked outdoor tables while Standard faces the quiet street. Staff was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

Not a five star hotel. The air conditioner was not working (outside +22-28c) and the staff or even the manager did nothing to fix the problem. The answer was that in some rooms it works and some it doesn't. It was hot to sleep as you could not open the window because of the traffic noise. We complained to the manager but he never gave us any solution although he promised to get back with us. The room's are quite old fashioned with carpet. And basic room had only a minibar. Plus thing was a nice location, you can walk to everywhere.

El hotel no es un 5*. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, confortables y silenciosas pero no corresponden al nivel de calidad y servicio de un 5, más bien un 4* corriente.
Al viajar con mi hijo, pedimos camas individuales y la sorpresa al llegar fue encontrarnos con dos camas de 80 cm de ancho…
Otro aspecto negativo fue que la información del personal de recepción era siempre confusa. Desconocían aspectos básicos de la ciudad. Fueron poco empáticos y proactivos.
La zona es muy buena, el desayuno bueno y la zona silenciosa y cercana a todo.
Pero llegar reventado después de recorrer la ciudad para tener que dormir en una cama de 80 cm no compensa los aspectos positivos.

Hotel Grodek is on a quiet side street right in the Krakow Old Town. It has lots of charm, each room and the hallways are carefully decorated. We liked that we could easily walk to most things, and were close to the lively old town square but were able to retreat to a quiet street away from the crowds.

Stayed here for four nights, absolutely gorgeous hotel , staff were so lovely and helpful, nothing was to much for them , arranged a trip to austwich, and arranged airport transfer, rooms were spotless and very cosy and queant, a complimentary drink on arrival in there little bar which is like a study , just gorgeous, the location is 2 minutes from the square in old town, would definitely recommend and I will definitely return

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights in February and loved it. The hotel is right in the middle of town, walking distance from everywhere. They have a mini bar in the room at a low cost. The beds were also very comfy, the heating was great too. The hotel has a very nice bar and restaurant. The cocktails are classics and brilliant for a reasonable price. We also ate at the restaurant one night and thought the food was delicious. The breakfast is also worth getting as it’s banging. We will 100% be staying here again in the future as 3 days was no where near enough time to ‘do’ krakow.
