Hotel Indigo Krakow - Old Town

Amazing hotel! Convenient location to the mall and The Central station

I love the hotel

It was a very nice clean and modern hotel right next to the main train station. It is also very close to the old town, and has lots of nice restaurants nearby. Unfortunately in my first room (which was a good size) I couldn’t connect to the internet. They kindly changed rooms for me and internet was perfect. However the second room (right next to stairs/elevator) was quite small, and had almost no place to store luggage. You have to walk over it or keep moving it around.

Outstanding Hotel - Highly recommned for a weekend break to Krakow. Hotel is in a great location to visit the old town which is only a short walk away. Very good service from all staff. Good size and comfortable rooms. Great brekfast offering.

My first time with this chain but hot my last. From check-in to checkout there were no problems nor incidents. The room was lovely, the personnel friendly, the entire place was spotless. The towels and shower great as was the bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

I am a big fan.. IHGs properties are always my first choice. Hotel is marvelous and staff members are truly amazing and very cooperative. I wanna dedicate a special thank you to Patryk from the reception team for his kindness and help. Resturant is pretty awesome and has a lot of variables with delicious food and expert chefs. Rooms are tiny, but very cosy and tidy. House keeping members are doing great jobs. Hotel is very close the old town centre, around 5 mins walking distance. 3 minutes to the gallery mall. The other side from the old market. An excellent experience and will be always mu choice in Krakow

Good hotel in a brilliant location, just outside of the old city. Breakfast was good and varied, staff helpful and efficient. Bedroom accommodation fine relatively quiet
