IF IT'S COLD AND IT'S NOT WINTER...CHANGE HOTEL!!!
New and clean structure, however I cannot help but give only two stars because for me it IS NOT ALLOWABLE for it to snow outside and there is no heating in the rooms because "it is April". If I had wanted to sleep with a wool hat and a thermal shirt I would have chosen a campsite, not a hotel. I was given a small heater which was of little or no use... the mere thought of taking a shower in a cold room made me feel bad. What was supposed to be a perfect holiday thanks to them was a stress.

We booked based on the good reviews, but I don't entirely agree with the reviews. The location is good, you are not directly in the city but after a few minutes on foot you can reach the old town. The room was quite small but furnished okay. I expected a little more based on the pictures. Unfortunately, we found hair from our bed upon arrival. There was black mold in the shower and the shower head was constantly dripping. I noticed it but apart from an apology from the lady at reception I didn't hear anything else. I found it very unfortunate.

Overall, nice friendly staff, nice room but very warm and couldn’t change. Very limited breakfast choice i.e. not something for everyone!
Stated could get bottled water every day but had to ask the house keeping staff, but obviously you never see them to ask so we had no water for our stay.
Was refused VIP member free room upgrade even though it was available! Told we needed to pay extra to get upgrade.

Nice, clean room. Short walk to the main square (10-15). Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t great, very small selection, seemed to be just yoghurts, small pancakes and some polish dishes. Had a few problems with neighbouring rooms being very noisy, making it hard to sleep. Other than this, decent location, nice rooms and cheap.

Basic hotel, but a bit old fashioned. A TV the size of a postage stamp without any smart features like Chromecast or airplay. A shared big blanket on the bed, which is not for everyone. One day we had a very early trip to Auschwitz and I asked for breakfast. This wasn't very good. A couple of pieces of dry bread, ham and cheese in a box. There was no butter, no drink, no vegetables, no fruit. The hotel's own breakfast the next day was just fine. Small and simple. The staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly.

Really well looked after hotel. Breakfast was well set out ever morning. Enjoyed the walk from the hotel to the square about 15/20 mins. Looking forward to returning sometime next year. 5*.

Struttura nuova e pulita, tuttavia non posso fare a meno di dare solo due stelle perché per me NON È AMMISSIBILE che fuori nevichi e nelle stanze non esistono i riscaldamenti perché “siamo ad aprile”. Se avessi voluto dormire col cappello di lana e la maglia termica avrei scelto un campeggio, non un hotel.Mi è stata data una piccola stufa che è servita a poco e niente.. il solo pensiero di fare la doccia in una cella frigorifera mi faceva stare male. Quella che doveva essere una vacanza perfetta grazie a loro è stata uno stress.
