Very modern and stylish hotel just 5-10 minutes walking from the main square in Old Town.
Room was beautiful, large TV, bathroom absolutely spotless we didn’t want to touch anything in case we got finger marks on the shiny chrome fittings 😬
Good breakfast, the reception and catering staff were friendly and really helpful.
Definitely will be our first choice on our next visit.

Beautiful hotel staff were nice breakfast all you could want bed so comfy and hotel spotless had a fantastic stay would highly recommend 😍would definitely return 👍Poland is a lovely place and so much to do and see ☺️only had Monday to Friday to explore could have stayed longer x

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, only 10 minutes walk to the main square. Hotel room very spacious, modern and clean. Really quiet, never heard a thing at night. Breakfast was lovely. Something for everyone. Cereals, pastries, bacon, egg mushrooms etc. continental too. Easy to get to from airport Bus300 only 2zl then approx 10-15 minute walk from bus stop. Staff friendly and pleasant. We had an early start for a trip to auschwitz so the hotel kindly arranged a packed lunch instead of our breakfast as we had to leave hotel before breakfast started. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. dziekuje

Fantastic modern hotel in a superb location. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and were happy to assist everytime we had a query and there knowledge of the city was first class. The breakfast was also very good. Absolute excellent hotel and I hope to return in the near future.

Lovely modern Hotel, location is perfect for exploring Krakow, easy walk in to the central square, nice and quiet during the night but with just enough huddle and bustle in the day to make it feel part of the city vibe. Restaurant has a good menu and well presented tasty meals. Breakfast is all you could want regardless of your tastes and plenty of it. Staff are professional and polite, eager to help you as well. We stayed in a 4th floor room with a small balcony which was ideal for a relaxing bit of sun or a nice glass of wine after dinner. Room was spotlessly clean and well maintained, bed very comfy with a good range of pillows, slightly odd set up with 2 duvets, effectively one each as neither was big enough for 2? Air conditioning but we slept with the balcony door open as it was a more comfy temperature. Lovely walk in shower with rain fall or massage power. Good value, well situated, great service.

Great hotel and lovely food. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again. We had no complains with this hotel and restaurant.

Modern, clean hotel. Great bedroom/bathroom. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. Lovely breakfast included, wide range of hot and cold food. Small, but good quality Gym. Lots to traditional and international cuisine restaurants nearby, plus friendly local bars

Great property, in the side street. Walking distance to the old town. It was my second time staying here and this time I was not impressed with the staff. During my first stay, I was warmly welcomed from the moment I enetered the hotel, everyone was going above and beyond. This time I was not even greeted at the door. My favorite part of the stay here are private saunas and a nice restaurant. Breakfast was just ok. The hotel was fully booked and there were hardly any tables available when I walked in the morning. The line for coffee made me skip my cup of Joe and i had a nice latte outside of the hotel later.

Breakfast issues centre around everyone queuing for a 2 slice domestic toaster. Eggs poor each day with solid fried eggs and scrambled. Staff great as was cleanliness. Never had a double bed with 2 single quilts before. Great location, nice heated floor in ensuite.
