The service needs to be improved, because it is credit card, so I waited for a long time outside the door. But the room is okay, but the sanitation doesn't feel like it's cleaned every day. Overall very favorable, close to the city center.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and everything you need for a pleasant stay in Krakow. The complementary bottle of wine was lovely. Great location, 5 mins from square. Our room had a balcony. The round bed was enormous and very comfortable. Anna in reception was lovely and very helpful. I can't wait to stay here again. 10/10!

Our stay at Parkside Apartments was amazing. The value for the price is great, and the hotel is just about 10 minutes walk from the center and main attractions. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The apartment was very clean and had all amenities listed. Definitely will stay again!

Amazingly up to date apartment with the nicest hotel manager. Amazingly placed for all types of travel into the city. Really reasonably priced too. Building works next door woke us up pre 7am on the Monday morning but all weekend it was as quiet as could be. Great apartments for a great city.
