Mondrian Luxury Suites & Apartments Krakow Old Town

We were met at the property and allowed to check in early. This is a beautiful property with high end appliances and decor. It is located within walking distance to Old Town and various restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet, secured entrance to building and parking area. Highly recommended!!

Very nice suite. Our room looked out the back and was very quiet. No reception. Owner met us on arrival, showed us around, and gave us the keys. We could reach them by phone most of the time when needed. Very convenient to public transportation (free if you are 70+). Except for the bathroom, there are no internal doors, so the bedroom cannot be closed off from the rest of the space. Also, using the toaster and the stove at the same time will trip the main circuit breaker (breaker panel is above the front door).

Nice clean apartment where you feel like home in excellent location close to the old town. And impressive service provide by Alex. We will definitely come back ;-)

Excellent location, service and appartment. Perfect for a little week-end in krakow. Sofa could be a bit bigger, but that's a detail. ;)

The apartment itself is nice enough, ok so coffee machine wasn’t cleaned, dishwasher not emptied but these are small things. However wow you are literally on a building site. Ten steps on the little grass terrace area takes you to the makeshift barrier that any kid could crawl under or climb over and they would fall in the building site. In Poland you are apparently allowed to make noise from 6am so the workers started super easily. It was impossible to go out onto the terrace or open windows. Usually the advert would mention something about building works and price would reflect this too. You can then make an informed decision. Unfortunately not in this case. WAWELOFTS were not pleased I contacted *********** provider with my complaint. The demeanour completely changed. This is where things went wrong, admit apologise but I was told to go tell the builders to be quiet. They denied I even contacted them til I sent screen shots to booking of the conversations. They denied any of this a problem saying it was normal city noise. Noone else has said this, they can’t be responsible, I should go live on an island if I wanted peace etc. I highlighted heath safety and did they have an assessment done which they found threatening and said they could throw me out for threatening behaviour. We asked if we could move, but nothing was available. Their reaction was super unpleasant. Booking tried to mediate and are discussing a goodwill gesture with me, they have a video of the intensity of noise. We left the apartment after three nights of a ten night stay, no refund was given in line with their policy but I wasn’t about to have my holiday marred by the experience. This will be a nice place when the work has finished building the new flats, but at the moment I would steer clear unless you fancy early morning building site wakening, definitely with children. You can see from the photos how easy it’s to get under or climb over. Sad experience unfortunately. Pretty unpleasant treatment. Hence this review. Apartment fine but please be aware of the intensity of noise, drilling, shouting allowed right from 6am apparently.

I have just stayed here and overall it’s a great place to stay. Located right next to the main square. Very spacious, modern and immaculate. Couldn’t fault it at all. The apartment manager (or owner) Alex was very helpful with arranging us taxis to the airport and back.
