Just a note to all Negative reviews on this page ... it is a 3 star apar**ent complex ..... it is with the TUI and other travel organizations, the CHEAPEST HOLIDAY DESTINATION on Rhodes you are warned in advance that you are on the ARRIVAL ROUTE from the airport, the owner is a stickish Greek, Sowhat.., overdue maintenance yes, but the rooms are cleaned 6 times a week, and so are the towels and sheets, I have personally experienced that they receive guests who expect the service of a 6 star hotel with call boys, room girls and butlers... you get the lowest price on this island, the owner likes this complex per apar**ent maybe € 100 per apar**ent per week, according to the price agreements of Tui. He has to pay his staff and maintenance from that, almost the entire family works here, I may be biased because we have been coming here for 5 years, but what is described in some responses is extreme, of course there are problems here, but what about it? everything is good for us, we have a bed to sleep in, an apar**ent to relax and enjoy the surroundings and the island. If you don't want to see or hear planes and have full service...then book there too.. because then you spend an average of €159 per person more per week, and yes it could use an update, but TUI can also help with that....

After being evacuated due to fires, we only found availability in this hotel, after various attempts in other structures in the neighboring area. We were asked for €185 for 4 people, to be paid in cash, without a receipt, for a room in poor condition, without air conditioning. A true speculatore.Struttura to avoid !!!

We have stayed in a lower price segment (offer) before, and do not expect splendor. But this apar**ent complex is really in poor condition and outdated and needs to be replaced. We expected more shops and restaurants, a kind of boulevard, but that was not the case, so we celebrated our holiday with a different approach. We are real walkers, so after breakfast we had a lovely walk along the beach and to Lalysos and Ixia. All in all, enjoy about six beaches and good food. Until we were robbed on the beach, our head was next to the bag, phone ID, etc. etc. was stolen, as was the key to the app (no one had told us to hand it in when we left the app), we rushed back to Valsami, dazed and shocked. W asr employee showed no understanding but became angry about the key that was now lost. After 2 days of arranging, calling, filing a report, etc., there was a new key for €50, later a special price of €30 (for an old rusty key), according to them it was now unusable, see photo September 28 and October 10. The key is just as rusty and apparently good enough at the time. for us, also the provision of a room was bizarre €70 to €6.00, others paid some €60, all in cash of course. Miraculously, we also found the key on the penultimate day along a road back, we were happy (could now sleep without barricading the door) and someone on the island was able to let us in splashing around. We report that we had the key back, but we did not get our money back and extra hours of longer stay paid €40, no drink, nothing, had to arrange everything ourselves, the police are really terribly aggressive and authoritarian, in short. No support from employees and owner, only anger about (stolen) key. We liked the food, we ate once in the hotel restaurant, but nothing more, the staff was friendly, especially Ella, who became less talkative because we ate outside the complex. Much dissatisfaction among guests. REAL complaints were not resolved. Owner is really unfriendly and comes across as threatening and speaks to you condescendingly. Such a shame when they upgrade apar**ents, new crockery, cutlery, pans, etc., renovation of the kitchen and bathroom. And interior. It is located in a kind of "disadvantaged area", with rubbish and rubbish lining the streets, while containers are everywhere. And noisy hotels in the area when guests make galloping music and shout, etc. until 4 a.m., no one does anything about it. Furthermore, we did not let ourselves be discouraged and still enjoyed the nature, sea, sun, swimming pool and delicious food from iDeal bar nearby.

If you are looking for a nice hotel (not a resort) near the beach with friendly staff, this hotel has it all. Don't be afraid off the planes that fly ahead of it since the noise did not harm our overall very positive experience.

Great to do here and very friendly staff! For this price you can't expect any Hilton curmudgeons. Absolutely recommended and the rooms are certainly changed every day. I had a great time here and will go back again next season

I don't know what to say about it; 1,700 planes per week right over your apar**ent. Very much noise pollution. Shadow over the swimming pool and in the night a painting fell from the wall due to the roar. You couldn't understand each other. 2. I'm covered in bedbug rash. And I was not the only one and read in the reviews that it has been going on for some time. 3. Short circuit, which meant that there was no power in our Apar**ent for almost the entire week, which made it impossible to use normally. Shower in the dark, charge the phone at the neighbors, put yogurt in the neighbors refrigerator. We reported it several times at the reception, but the owner said "dry the power ***** and wait a moment" then you can use some water in the kitchen very briefly. He didn't solve it. 4. A refrigerator was placed in front of a refrigerator that only froze when there was sometimes power. This caused cola cans to explode in the refrigerator and froze. Incomplete and dirty kitchen inventory. 5. Unfriendly owner with cross-border comments. Yelling at some guests. Coercive owner who wants to force a good review by standing in your doorway of the apar**ent after he had faked the power supply. 6. Mold 7. Unsafe situations at the swimming pool with broken tiles, grates and bottom with some blisters on them. Swimming pool is nice and big and water was clean and well maintained. 8. Extremely low flying aircraft with noise pollution. 700 per week 24-7 in high season. Thundering noise, no conversation can be had when they come over. Travel organization has taken up the complaints of many Dutch people. In our apar**ent block alone, everyone had serious complaints ranging from no decent shower facility (water ran into the apar**ent), no safe baby bed, no adult bed to sleep on, causing someone to lie on a pool bed, etc.... One day there was no tea bag left, then there was no yogurt a few days in a row, etc., etc. The owner was so unfriendly and waved everything away. An electrician came on the last day after the tour operator insisted. There was a short circuit in the kitchen block due to water and the kitter solved it, but that was a bit late for us. We laughed a lot about the bizarre situations, but I don't understand why TUI still has this on offer. I see that the last review also dates from October 2021 on the Tui site. No more Valsami for us! A paradise for plane spotters in the high season. It goes on day and night. In the photos, the results of the bed bugs Mattress Kitchen with a refrigerator for a refrigerator that did not work due to a short circuit and if it worked it froze, causing the cola can to collapse somewhat. Dirt on the counter was not allowed to be washed because of the leak. This means you are forced to eat out every day. Photo with an exploded can of Coke I will spare the videos with noise pollution from those 700 aircraft 24-7. And I still have me like that

On arrival we were received in anything but friendly (after a 6.5 hour delay), and asked to pay tourist tax, which can only be done in cash. We were then allowed to find out for ourselves how and where our room was located. We could not take a shower in the apar**ent due to the lack of water pressure on the tap, after some inquiry it turns out that the owner turns off the pressure himself. We were also covered in rashes because of bed bugs in our bed. To top it all off, we were also physically attacked by the owner because we did not know that the key to the apar**ent had to be handed in, the best man pulled us by the arms, spat in the face and threw us out of the apar**ent. If TUI had not intervened, we would not have been allowed to come back. The rest of the staff is friendly, but NEVER AGAIN VALSAMI for us!

Large but simple rooms, lovely swimming pool and fantastic employees, they do everything for you! Except the owner, terrible man to his staff! Lots of planes, but I personally thought that was nice and not disturbing at all. I had the feeling that I had come home to a warm family! Really super nice and worth repeating. Supermarket and restaurants around the corner and pebble beach 200 meters away
