The lady at the reception has very good communication, I give her five stars:) She gave us little tips for the Rhodes tour and we felt like we were at home. Thanks for everything:)

This property double booked our room. We were not able to stay there yet we paid ******* on line in advance They have no explaination and we’re not honest in their explaination. This happened to another family who arrived there too . They should not be able to use ******* if they do this deliberately as regular practice

We had quite a rude welcome that took over an hour to sort out but it turned out it was purely due to miscommunication about the air on between a third party website and LoveHolidays (LoveHolidays stating on their site the AirCon is free from mid July which when we got there we were informed was actually €7 a night, but LoveHolidays are in the process of reimbursing us for that) After that whole ordeal the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to my partner’s disability, offering us a bigger room on a lower floor as LoveHolidays also hadn’t communicated that we would need this as there’s no lift and it is quite steppy. The rooms themselves are dated and the finish not great but nice and there are plenty of outlets. The double beds are two singles pushed together and are quite hard but it wasn’t too bad. Our room had a huge balcony with two chairs and a small table that overlooked a small allo**ent and the sea in the distance. On the allo**ent there was a very noisy cockerel but you get used to him. There was also a local cat that visited us! The outside was quite noisy from bugs and as it has a flight path overhead you can hear the planes but they’re not at all disruptive. It’s actually quite nice to get such a clear view of a plane so up close. As our room was self catered the kitchen came with a small fridge and freezer, two hobs, pans, cutlery, cups, mugs and plates along with a sink, bin, draining board and ashtray. The bathroom was a little odd as the shower has a really strange curtain that’s near impossible to use without soaking the room and a shower head holder that has never even nearly fitted the shower head but also not awful when you just accept the floor will be wet. You can’t flush the toilet roll here which could be a big readjus**ent for little ones but a bin is provided. There’s also a very small shower gel and shampoo provided. Also a big tip is that the water here is NOT drinking water! Also the Wi-fi only worked in the reception. Outside there is a large grassy volleyball court and a pool table along with a reasonably priced outdoor bar and tables. There are plenty of sun umbrellas and deck chairs too. The pool has a kiddie area half a metre deep which is barred off but attached to the main shallow end of the pool so it really is quite safe. The main pool is large and goes from a metre deep to 1.5 and is great (if not a little cold at first!). There is no lifeguard however and wasn’t cleaned at all in our week stay (very green around the sides and bigs floating in but smells very chlorined). The stairs are all marble and have a high quality feel to them. Outside there are two supermarkets less then ten minutes away. MyMarket sells 6x1.5 litre waters for only €1.75 and plenty of cafes and bakeries nearby. There was plenty of local bus stops too where you can go into the old town for just €2.50 each way or you can get an unlimited day pass for €6. The nearby beach is an easy flat walk less than 10 minutes away with

I wouldn't give this hotel even half a star! The rooms with old furniture and ants! Cleanliness non-existent, towels full of stains as if they were never washed! Breakfast every day the same! As for the manager of the hotel, I don't think she cares about the customers! I do not recommend it to anyone! Of course I wouldn't go again!

Booked 14 nights. In the summer vacation. No problems with planes!!! Simple hotel. But doable. Beds good. Nice shower. We are always on the road during the day. You're barely there. Nice village of Kremasti 👍, nice places to eat. The hamburger place is highly recommended. And the Chinese/sushi also delicious. Especially the bakery along the road...delicious coffee and croissants. All in all, great fun. Rented a car Rhodes town also beautiful. And don't forget Koepan... Erwin Koeman's pub. In new Rhodes Dear people at the Maritiem hotel. Big hug for Spiridoola and Michael. And the niece and the night watchman☀️👍👍🥰

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a week's vacation in August. Our opinion is very positive. The rooms were very good, we even got a better room than we ordered. The hotel itself has no major complaints, it is known that it is not a new hotel, but a renovated one, so if someone expects brand new decor and other elements, they should think about their expectations. The food was very good, a large selection, most things were different every day, so there was no sense of repetition or boredom. The hotel staff was very nice and polite, there was no problem with cleaning the room or taking care of anything. They do their job quickly and efficiently, smiling and thanking you at every step. It's worth reciprocating it, it doesn't cost anything and it will just make them feel good. For people with a language barrier, Mr. Darek at the reception, a true Pole of flesh and blood, is a great help. Very polite, very helpful and very fine. It's rare to meet such a person, really. Best regards :) There is an airport a few km away from the hotel, so planes fly quite low over the hotel. Mostly in the morning and afternoon, slightly less often during the day. It's hard to say how many, if I were to shoot it would be about 30 a day, but this is uncertain information. We thought they would be a bother. The truth is, however, that only on the first day people paid attention to them because they were something different. Then they are completely ignored. The beach is a few meters from the hotel exit. It is true that it is narrow and rocky, but it is no secret that this is the case in this region. The Aegean Sea is a bit restless, but that's its charm. But very warm. During the holiday season, the undisputed advantage of this location is the wind. With an average temperature of 33 degrees, the wind cools you down perfectly and you feel a few degrees lower. Revelation. It might be hard to survive without it. Animators from Poland are very entertaining and organize the time, mainly until 2 p.m., then again in the evening. If you are an informed and realistic customer, we highly recommend the hotel. However, if you expect everything new in an old hotel, look for a new hotel and don't complain later about how bad it is. Paulina and Jarek.

Came to rhodes for the weekend flew out 16-18 paid £81 room only for 2 nights July got a taxi from the airport which cost €17 literally I wouldn’t even bother getting to hotel to arrange transport (u can get a bus from the airport u just need to ask for kremasti and the bus literally stops right outside the hotel make sure u keep an eye on the screen it say maritime which is really helpful) arrived at the hotel had to fill own forms in receptionist speaks really good English u have to pay extra for air con €7 per day the air con was really good and if u wanted breakfast it’s an additional €6 or €7 each can’t remember I paid for the breakfast for the one day to c what it’s like (I’ll get to that in a min) we had room 409 all rooms come with balcony the room is a studio with a double bed which was comfortable u had a little kitchen with a kettle and electric hob fridge which is always handy there was a telly but wasn’t in the room we did try to turn it on but didn’t work (not really bothered to b honest) the bathroom I literally had to LOL when I saw the shower it was terrible the shower curtain didn’t go all the way round and the shower well!! Wasn’t great however it was constant hot water!!! The sink is huge!!! If ur toilet paper roll is by the wall by the shower move it as it will get wet and pop the shower curtain inside the tray otherwise the bathroom will flood other than that!! It was fine!!! The air con works which is brilliant although I got cold at night (if ur from the uk bring a blanket with u) and it’s only got a sheet on the bed!! The pool was lovely small but enough plenty of sun loungers however Mayb more umbrellas r needed there is a pool bar aswell prices for drinks didn’t pay more than €5 for 2 soft drinks the breakfast is served at the pool bar which literally was so minimal didn’t really think much of the breakfast but the staff here r so helpful The hotel is right on the flight path to the airport everyone has said in their reviews it’s noisy especially at night as that’s when most flights arrive so for me I’m happy as I love my planes and aviation so don’t moan that the hotel is noisy because every review states this so if u book it then moan that’s ur issue We went the rhodes town and old town caught the bus the bus stop is opposite the hotel on the other side rhodes is the last bus stop cost €2.50 each literally 30 min bus ride at the hotel they have all the bus time table and easy to work out the bus isn’t on time but that the Greeks for u just wait and it does turn up!!! Coming bck just get to the main bus stop where the bus drops u off get the number 12 to kremasti and look on the screen when they say next stop u need to look out for maritime and the bus stops right outside the hotel!!! Paid €2.30 each to come bck there is a ticket office where u get ur ticket The beach at kremasti is a pebbled beach however once ur in the sea it’s sand at the bottom!! There’s kite surfing as well on the beach theres a lovely warm bre

The worst hotel I had ever been. Never never never go here. 1) Right next to the airport, you can hear a huge noise when planes take off and land. They fly every 5 minutes, so it is impossible to fall asleep or sleep at night. 2) The staff is low-level, rude, completely disrespecting the customer. 3) Very bad sound insulation, old, unmaintained furniture, lots of mosquitoes and they bite really painful. In the rooms no insects net, so there are many of them. 4) Paid air conditioner (€7). Without it, you will not be able to sleep from the heat. But even though you'll have air conditioning, you still won't be able to sleep because of the airplane noise. 5) There are cockroaches.
