Novotel is about a 15-minute drive from Rotterdam Airport, which makes travel very convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy, close to Rotterdam University of Economics, with a beautiful and pleasant environment. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. Highly recommended!

Because I needed to stay two more days for a business trip, luckily I changed to a room far away from the elevator. It was much better and the breakfast was relatively rich.

It's a little far from the city center of Rotterdam. You need to take a few tram stops. It's next to a famous university. I also went to the cafeteria there to eat. The pineapples and watermelons in the buffet breakfast were all with the skin on, which was a bit shocking.

Breakfast is good. Location is good. Demerit in the contaxt of housekeeping whereby hand soap bottle is empty and there was no complimentary bottled water.

This is an exceptionally comfortable hotel. The property looks new and modern. Room is clean with comfortable beds. There are street parkings near the hotel which you can park for free from 6pm-9am, otherwise is 10€/night.
