"hotel location is good. next to old harbour with scenic view from hotel room' window. hotel is clean but front desk counter seems to asking to fill too much details in the registration form. Not far from Markthal and the yellow cube house. Very windy in Rotterdam, Overall is rated good."

"With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal. Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms. Room was clean, set at the right temperature and shower was hot and at the right pressure. Nothing to complain about!"

"The hotel is near rottherdam blaak train station. There is almost direct access from the exit. It only takes less than five minutes to walk to Cube House and Arch Market. It is very convenient and the rooms are of high standard."

"The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them."

"A great choice for exploring Rotterdam, it's just a few minutes' walk from the Cube House, the Grote Markt, and Blaake Station, and a 20-minute walk from other landmarks. The subway to Kinderdijk and The Hague Central Station is nearby. The room is spacious and comfortable, with careful attention to detail, and has an artistic atmosphere consistent with the city of Rotterdam."

"Friendly staff, great location, and a super breakfast. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in room 1708 wasn't working, the sink needs replacing, and the paint is peeling."

"Hotel was in a good location, right next to the metro and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. For the price, I thought the amenities in the room were lacking. No iron, some of the sachets eg. Shoe shine was torn open, a wine glass was missing, bare minimum of tea options, the bath took 40 minutes to drain, and the hot water was BURNING - burnt myself (no warning). I usually don’t complain about stays but as this a highly rated hotel and for the price I paid, I was disappointed."

"The station is just a few minutes walk away. There is an open kitchen and laundry facilities on each floor. The TV can only watch local channels, it would be great if it is a smart TV :)"

"I booked a room and paid, but unfortunately could not reach it to hotel due to some work delays.I could not get any money back because passed the time limit, but I expect to receive at least a voucher with some discount for hopefully next time visit 😁 In rest, very good communication.👍"

"The room is relatively small, but the bathroom and bath are clean and sanitary. The chain hotel quality is still guaranteed. The seafood restaurant in the lobby is good."
