"There was a cigarette butt on the floor in the room! We arrived on the day of the annual summer carnival, so the roads were closed and it was incredibly crowded – we could barely move. Getting to the hotel meant pushing through crowds and parade-goers, it was an absolute nightmare! If it had been a normal day, it would have been about a 15-minute walk from the train station. They required a credit card deposit for check-in. I stayed two nights and was charged 100 Euros."

I particularly loved the open-concept integrated clothes rack in the room – it was super functional and much more convenient than traditional wardrobes, plus it held a lot. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Queen's department store. It's excellent value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Rotterdam!"

"The location is great, very close to the train station. I was given a room on the 7th floor, and they allowed me to check in early. The front desk staff was excellent. You can also store your luggage for free. The views are fantastic, and it's very convenient for getting around. There are many restaurants right next to the exit."

"We stayed at Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for three nights. The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the room heating. On the first night, the heating in our room (112) was not working and we were very cold. Since no technicians were available at night, the reception could not offer a solution, and the problem was fixed the next morning. However, on the third night the heating broke down again and started blowing cold air, this time only in our room. The staff were unable to fix it, so we had to change rooms late at night and move all our belongings to a new room. The new room worked fine, but the experience was quite inconvenient. Having the same issue twice and needing to move rooms made our stay less comfortable than expected."
