"I had a great experience staying at the Hilton. The reception staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. When my son injured his chin during our stay, the reception team were very caring and made a point of checking in on us, which we really appreciated. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. Some of the glassware in our room was not cleaned properly and remained uncleaned for several days. Also, the shower is only partially enclosed, which meant that water regularly splashed onto the bathroom floor. As a result, the bathroom was difficult to keep clean and dry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were particularly impressed by the reception staff and their level of care. With some improvements to the room cleaning and bathroom design, the experience would have been excellent."

"Choosing Rotterdam for our stay in the Netherlands was definitely the right decision. Rotterdam is a great city, much cleaner and tidier than Amsterdam, and feels more modern. Our hotel was a bit of a distance from the main train station, but the number 1 bus right outside goes directly there. If you take the metro, you'd have to transfer from lines A, B, or C to D or E to get to the main station. Public transport in the Netherlands is really expensive; a one-day tourist pass covering water buses, buses, and the metro is 17.5 euros per person, and a two-day pass is 25 euros. You can only buy these at the main train station. Our room was very spacious with two large 1.4x2 meter beds and four windows. There's a Lidl supermarket right downstairs, which was very convenient, and the surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood. The hotel even provided a portable air conditioner for us. Due to the room's orientation, the morning sun made it quite hot, even though it was cool outside."

"We selected this hotel for its location close to the cruise port ( directly across the street). It’s an older hotel but great location and restaurant was great. Wish they had at least an iron or steamer along with a hair dryer. Overall we would recommend. Elevator is small and stairs access the floors. A little tricky getting your luggage up the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you travel light it’s ok."
